Officials say numerous search crews have “combed the woods and hilly areas and used sonar underwater equipment” looking for Jayden.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police at 606-435-6069.

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Detective Nathan Roark.

With it being 5-6 days into his disappearance I agree with many other posters,I don't think this is going to have a happy ending. Maybe it's time for them to use a cadaver dog on the property. The sadness in his eyes tells a story of abuse and neglect.

I also wish we had a date for the photo. Assuming it's recent, I think it's a good photo and I think people could recognize him based on this photo. Not sure more photos would make that any easier. imo

We don't know there aren't more photos, but that none have been released. Maybe other photos are not clear, don't show his whole body, include other people, etc. imo

He had not been with the mother, so maybe this is the only one she had.
And maybe the grandmother that passed, just did not have any.

Raised by his grandmother since almost birth, then sent to his bio mother after grandmother died a few months back.

I'm surprised they haven't brought cadaver dogs in yet...as much as I would love to believe this little boy just decided to leave on his own accord, I don't think that's the case.

Plus he’s been described as ADHA, hyperactive child. That’s a challenge to the best of parents and let me say …..I don’t think his mother or step father was up for the challenge, nor did they want it. JMO

“We must continue hope, but unfortunately, at this point, where we’re at in the investigation, it’s a race against the clock. We’re essentially at kind of our last leg. We need to locate him immediately.”

At least it sounds like LE is still doing everything they can to solve this...he's such a cute kid, I really want this to have a good outcome even though I know it likely won't.

Nearly a week after he was reported missing, multi-agency search for Jayden Spicer continues​

Kentucky State Police have focused their investigation around where Jayden's mother says she last saw him, in bed at home. A neighbor, who chose to remain anonymous, recounted the moment Jayden's mother knocked on his door last Wednesday around 9 a.m., looking for help.

“She was crying and asked if she could use my phone. I gave it to her, and she called 911, telling them, ‘My child is missing.’”

Troopers have indicated that Jayden recently moved in with his mother following the passing of his great-grandmother.

"She also explained to me that she went to bed with her husband around nine and then they woke up in the morning, went to the place that her kid was sleeping and they found out the kid was not there," the neighbor said

When fundraisers get set up it always raises slight suspicions after the Shannon Matthew’s case to me - maybe its just wishful thinking on my part as that’ll probably be only way he is still alive imo
