I think this is up to the minute again because the case it managing to pull the MAGA world apart, with lie after allegation after lie. It may result in the firing or resignation of the Attorney General-who claims to have a list of Epstein's clients on her desk, an Assistant Director of the FBI and lord know who else.

I would like to point all who are interested in this debacle to the Netflix special on Epstein called The Filthy Rich. It shows interior shots of the Epstein mansion in Manhattan. In it there is a shot of his "video control room" which looks like and is the size of a control room of a television station. It has multiple monitors, control boards and all sorts of other electronic equipment. There is a scene of, I think, FBI agents taking box after box out of the Epstein Manse, some boxes seemed to hold scores of DVD's. Another FBI agent, I think again, is quoted as saying that nearly every room in the manse, had hidden cameras. I have been waiting with bated breath for the content of these DVD's to be revealed. Pardon me, I don' care,(unless it gets this topic thrown out) I have been waiting to see Donald Trump's fat 🤬🤬🤬 pumping away on some 15 year, and Alan Dershowitz's scrawny 🤬🤬🤬, and Bill Clinton's, Bill Gate's and not so much Prince Andrew.

I do not care about a paper file with names-a paper file cannot stand up to scrutiny, but video-before the advent of AI generating deep fakes-yes-bring them on. Now it stretches credulity that a video record doesn't exist. I imagine that at least 50% of American homes now have video cameras on their front doors. Given websleuth's demographics I imagine 90% of its members have such cameras. Epstein's primary business was blackmail. Again it absolutely stretches credulity that he, or Ms, Maxwell destroyed these DVDs, If anything they went to great lengths to preserve them looking upon them as a "get out of jail free" card. So the real question here is not Pam Bondi's list, which I think is probably serving as a deflection, but the DVDs. Where in the hell are they?????

WILL PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS, POST WHERE IT SHOULD BE, AND GET THIS ROLLING.

Sorry. I am really dug in on the Maxwell/Epstein/Trump saga. I don't know why this is not attracting a lot more attention because even including the Kohberger case this is by far the most important, and complex case, with the farthest reaching consequences in the United States right now. I really don't know where to post this to get a discussion going. There is so much information to be offered and parsed. This can (and should) bring down a President of the United States. So folks could someone forward this to where is should be on web sleuths to get discussion underway.

I will forgo past issues in the case and turn to the matters at hand. For the past couple of days Todd Blanche, Trump's Lawyer even though he happens to be Deputy Attorney General of the United States, has spent hours interviewing Ms. Maxwell. Af first the words immunity, pardon etc, weren't used and are now being bandied about. One article reported that Maxwelll had named over 100 individuals but, regardless of what Attorney General Pam Bondi said, there is no list.

Now let us get really really real for a moment. Ghislaine Maxwell is far from stupid. She was a master, world class manipulator. In discussing details of the case do you think, and there are a number of smart people here, for one moment she is going to name Trump to Trump's DOJ attorney. I use DOJ and Trump's interchangeable, for Trump has finally gotten what he wanted since the Jeff Session''s debate, the DOJ is his law office. Maxwell, if a pardon is more concretely dangled, and I predict it will be, do you think for one moment that she will name Trump. She will go out of her way not to name him and offer up carefully manufactured exonerating 'evidence'. She will name high profile names that fit with the world domination of pedophiles, a dominant tenet to of the MAGA movement, This will have to be huge for Trump to repair the schism in the Maga movement this is causing. Everyone plausible will be thrown under the bus. No doubt, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and the lord knows who else will figure prominently.

Websleuths seems locked in on murder, mayhem and serial killers. Less so with far reaching political conspiracies. This is the Super Bowl of conspiracies, And I hope all the formidable brain power here puts your collective minds to work getting to the truth of this, And yes, I am a raidcal anti-Trumpist and I want to bring down this racist, white nationalist serial, sex offender, convicted felon down. This country needs to put him and his Neo-nazi followers in the read view mirro

You are correct on WS being locked on murder, etc. - as it always has been. Political stuff is not actually allowed - just sayin'.... :) we don't want to get a TO!

edited to add - you might want to find a "political" forum for this topic.

While I appreciate your passion for this news item, Convicted Felon Donald Trump was an admitted and convicted sex offender before he was elected. He is and always has been a morally bankrupt individual and I (and maybe others do as well) view this as a "well DUH, of course he used Epstein's services".

If this Epstein thing gets used to further the end of getting him removed from office (it won't), then I'm all for it. But no one should be even a tad bit surprised by Convicted Felon Donald Trump's inclusion in this and feel it's why many just don't get up in arms about it.

Welcome to Websleuths!

Here is the main Epstein thread.

To echo @Niner, you will need to tone down the political rhetoric (that I totally agree with btw). It simply isn’t allowed here as it distracts from the work we do. I’ve tried it numerous times and it just doesn’t fly for long. 😄 Anything political ends up in snark and arguments and creates tons of work for the very few mods. So we stick to Websleuths’ original purpose of murders and missing persons.

The main Epstein thread keeps the news front and center. Have a look at it and see if it will work for you. Again, welcome! 😊

I apologize for the partisan political rhetoric included in my post. It was uncalled for and I should have realized it would turn off many members. I am just pissed off.

But let me approach this in a different way that hopefully will draw more interest. Forget the politics involved here. This is a case of serial rape, rape of minors, pedophilia, sex trafficking, and bribery in the coverup of all of this, Be reminded that the Golden State Killer started off as a prolific serial rapist before he graduated to serial murder. I am certain that if you looked at the trajectory of many serial killers of women they started the same way, as rapists. Now there hasn't been mention of murder in this case although the suicide of Virginia Guiffre could be looked at further.

To say that Websleuths is above examining serial rape is diminishing a crime that should simply not be diminished. Rape stops just short of murder in crimes against women. Regardless of whether there is a political dimension to these crimes or not.

In its effort to provide a public service, which is sometimes exemplary and vital, and in keeping with its mission, Websleuths should release its full fury in looking at these crimes. If any series of crimes have been open to critical examination it is those of Epstein and his accomplices.
