Distinguishing Characteristics: Black male. Long, brown, curly hair; brown eyes.
Marks, Scars: A 1 1/2" scar on left forearm; "bow" left leg.
Clothing: A light blue shirt; dark blue shorts; and white sneakers with blue stripes.

Huger was playing at the rear playground at 2111 La Fontaine Avenue, in Bronx, New York with other children on June 25, 1985. An unidentified black male called to Huger from the street and then grabbed the child when Huger approached him.
