You can buy guns online. You have to get the gun shipped to a local, authorized gun dealer, though. You still have to go up to the gun shop and get your background check.

Just like with gun raffles. My hubby enters those things all the time for the local firefighters. If you win one, you still have to go to our local gun shop and pass a check. If you can't pass the check, you forfeit the prize.
