This thread Kentkjbkent has started is really thought provoking. Now if Jim L. is working to improve Cindy's public image, I'd have to guess it is back firing on him.

I suspected he's been behind her attempt at a kinder more gentle grandma image - you know, the longer softer hair, the smoothing out of a few wrinkles, the less form fitting clothing, and a sort of (ack!) quieter less combative style, but he must still be experimenting because I wasn't impressed with Cindy's 911 hearing testimony and the donating shoes thing which I also thought Jim L. was behind, was a complete disaster. :loser:

How much negative press does one person need when someone like Hal B. advises her to just zip it and disappear.:croc:

Maybe Jim L. is presenting this part as pointing out how difficult "clients" can be to worth with when despite his best efforts they continually damage their own public profiles. That would work.

It doesn't matter what the 'project' is.. it burns me that the A's will likely profit from it. It annoys me that Cindy thinks she's some kind of celeb with her NY media sidekick in tow..

Ya know how it has been said by JG how ICA just changes herself to fit whomever she is hanging out with or dating? Cindy's 'style' appears to be looking more and more like her new blonde friend she sits with in court all the time. JMO.

I'm guessing if this movie deal is in the works, they need to get it done before ICA is convicted of Caylee's murder....for the Son of Sam law will kick in...It doesn't reach out to CA or GA...but it would include the defense team, IIRC...JMHO

LLL, if the A's are charged after the fact, for obstruction or perjury, (or both) do you know how that will effect their ability to make money off of Caylee's murder?

The very idea of their making a buck off of their dead grandchild is sooo disgusting - being that ICA is their flesh and blood and not allowed to profit, they should be covered by the same laws. In addition, ICA should be banned from receiving any money from them into her acct, if the money could be blood money earned by selling their side of the story or anything to do with the murder of Caylee.

Exactly one week later (Aug 12) he was flying off to NY to meet with the Anthonys for their Today show appearance.

And he states to watch Friday's show "to see why I spend so much time..."

Did he ever make a statement?

Please, please, please say that they can't! It makes me so mad to think that they may profit from this while supporting the accused murderer! :furious: I hope that the SA reads here and can check this out for themselves. Perhaps it might be just the thing they need to help them decide whether or not to file OJ charges AFTER getting a guilty verdict on ICA!

I just can't get my head around George and Cindy wanting to make money off of anything to do with Caylee's death.

I CAN understand them saying - our grand daughter has been ripped from our arms and hearts and some one has got to pay for that.

To me - that doesn't mean $$$$. That means the person responsible for murdering Caylee should be brought to justice and made to pay with either their life or LWOP in exchange.

Um - George and Cindy? It's not movie deals, picture sales, TV appearances that are payment for not having Caylee - It's your daughter ICA who needs to pay.

Reading through this entire twitter account, the majority of tweets from Jim L are in reference to his travels to Orlando and various involvements in KC cases (presumably for Today Show).

However, Jim L is involved in a number of other projects including J2sc (media company he founded), Pie Town Productions (co founder - producer of reality based tv), as well as many other projects such as the Jessica Biel movie.

I would imagine he would have a very active twitter account with lots of business contacts, etc. He is almost a household name in media circles.

Does he not ever comment of travels for his other projects? Does he not ever tweet with anyone other than Martha S?

In retrospect, I went looking for a tweet sent by Martha two days ago on her twitter account.....there has been so much activity on the account for this high profile media person, I finally found it back 8 pages ago....in 2 days.

So my question....is this the only Twitter account in existence of Jim L....or simply one that was created to keep the bloggers attention in the direction that Jim L is ONLY engaged professionally right now as producer of Today Show segments involving the KC case....the ONLY THING he seems to be tweeting about????

Try this....visit Jim L twitter account and read all tweets...then click on Martha S name and visit her twitter account.

They really think it's strange that people (ALL people, not just bloggers) want justice for Caylee?

Don't think the "Son of Sam" law will be a problem if they keep the script as described. It will be a "fictional" portrayal, and CA and company just might get stiffed all together. Of course, a hefty donation to "their charity" could also be in the works and as officers of the charity, I'd believe they can collect a "salary."

Read the one dated May 18, 2010 - to CA bloggers ... he says no movie, no media training, no money .. stop the rumors ... his only work is as TODAY producer ...

I do NOT believe him. I believe he is working on a made for TV movie deal with the Anthonys. I think that is also why BC hung in there as long as he could, and still keeps a connection with the Anthonys.

Being a TODAY Show producer does not adequately explain to me, why Jim L. is present at EVERY Hearing, even somewhat boring Status Hearings - even when the Anthonys are not present. I believe he is working on his own made for TV movie about this case, and does not want negative input from bloggers or the general public to prevent networks from buying his project.
