Wow, 108 pages.
You got to read it. JRR's lawyers is asking re the wedding pictures and where he (Dr P) saw the pics of Mark, Cww and JRR at the wedding. I think she is trying to reference WS. LOL

Dr P also said that Mark blew off counseling services for the daughters when Dr P suggested it and that Mark knew way too much of the crime scene details... JMO

  • #265
HH in the depo asked Dr P if had any knowledge/ or requested any of the discovery that was made available for the public to view (Sunshine Law) JMO

I didn't finish reading it till late last night, but lots of important info in there. I think a lot of it is also relevant to other threads.

This bit was eerily similar to CK's interview/podcast:

Q. Okay. And the -- as far as the hammer strikes, did Mark sievers tell you how many hammer strikes there were?

A. Yes.

Q. How many was that?

A. Seventeen.

Q. Okay. And where do you believe he got that information from?

A. I don't know. He told me -- because I questioned him about it, and he said that he -- one time he told me that he got it from the medical examiner, one time he told me that he got it from the -- (someone knocking) -- the undertaker, the funeral director.

That depo was so interesting. Dr. P was onto him from the start.

I've obviously not been paying attention because not only did I miss MS's motion for new trial recently, but also didn't know about Dr. P's depo. Thanks for link!

The "real" reason I'm visiting JRR's thread is because I suddenly had an appalling concern! There's not any legal way that Taylor can be forced to bring JRR's innocent biological child to visit him is there (is he eligible for visitation rights)? OMG I hope not, that poor baby!

Wonder why they moved him so soon?
ARACHNE:):) Thank you for posting links. I looked at the prison in South Bay, and it offers a lot of programs to help inmates. And, it is has a small inmate population (less than 2,000), emphasis on youthful offenders. (Interesting choice & location??) Here is a list of some of the offered programs:
Vocational Programs
  • Carpentry
  • Commercial Class “B” Driving
  • Environmental Services
  • Nursery Management
  • PC Support Services
  • Plumbing Technology
  • Turf Equipment Technology
  • Welding Technology
  • Diversified Career Technology-Entrepreneurship

Wonder why they moved him so soon?
The first one he was at looks like a transition prison meaning they analyze his records and see what services he needs. The intake process can take a few weeks to figure out what location is better for the inmate. JMO
