I'm trying to correct the title. It should read that Jimmy Swaggart's prostitute disappeared before Jimmy Swaggart knew that Marvin Gorman had pictures proving that he had been with the prostitute named Suzi. The prostitute "disappeared" under extremely suspicious circumstance within 7 days of Jimmy finding out that Marvin Gorman was going to make the matter public after all. Story is found in the link at the bottom of the post.

I have been researching Jimmy Swaggart for over a decade. Upon digging into his past, I have learned that things are not as "holy" as they made us think. I lived in Baton Rouge and was close to the operations there, close enough to see things they were doing that would not meet the approval of their donors - not by a longshot. But one matter really got my attention. Jimmy Swaggart was publically exposed in 1988 as having been caught with a prostitute. However, he was caught in October of 1987, a few months before his public "confession". It was a rival evangelist Marvin Gorman whose son, a former sheriff deputy, had received tips that Swaggart frequented the red light district of New Orleans. On Oct. 17, 1987, they caught him coming out of a motel room with a woman who was known as "Sexy Suzi". It was not Debra Murphree. Many of the initial reports cited a "Suzi" and "Tony's Motel", but those details changed soon after Swaggart learned that Marvin Gorman had pictures showing Swaggart with Suzi - a prostitute that now had "suddenly disappeared" under suspicious circumstance.

Though the event in October of 1987 had taken place in the "evening" and Marvin didn't know if the pictures would even turn out, the pictures were clear enough to incriminate Swaggart. Before Swaggart found out about the pictures, "Sexy Suzi" suddenly disappeared and was never seen from again.

Gorman now had proof that Swaggart was a hypocrite, who had been spreading lies about Gorman and his sexual mistakes (some of which were true but most of which were not). But the prostitute was gone. The finger pointed to Swaggart and the men he had been previously sending to Suzi to tell her to stop talking about her famous "customer" Jimmy Swaggart.

When Gorman told Swaggart he was going to tell the Assemblies of God about the matter, Swaggart figured it would be his word against Gorman's and the Assemblies would not believe Gorman. It is apparent, however, that "someone", in a timely move got rid of Suzi. I constructed a timeline for this story and put it to video form. When (very likely) Swaggart had the girl "removed", he didn't think that anything would come of it. But - again - he didn't know about the pictures.

Once Gorman produced the pictures for the Assemblies of God, now Swaggart knew that he was in trouble. Not only did Gorman have proof of Swaggart coming out of a motel room with Suzi, but now Suzi had been "disappeared". What was Swaggart to do?

It's obvious that he made a deal with Gorman. He would pose with a new girl - Debra Murphree, and change the name of motel - from Tony's to the Travel Inn Motel. Swaggart agreed to this deal as long as NO ONE said anything about the real prostitute, Suzi, who was talking too much about her steady customer Jimmy Swaggart. The deal stuck and the narrative has survived.

This video was posted on a large Youtube platform which was taken down by Youtube after the video reached over 800K views. One comment under the video stated (by a vetted Youtuber) that she knew Marvin Gorman very well and that Marvin had told her the story that was told in this video.

I have tried to get investigators too look into the appearance of drug-using prostitute in the New Orleans area after she was last seen alive on Feb. 7, 1988. She was a drug user, 5'8" tall (according to an article I have). I do not know her last name. When I contacted the son of Marvin Gorman, he got extremely defensive when I asked him if he knew her last name. Obviously, the "deal" between Swaggart and the Gormans was a serious deal such that if the Gormans ever said anything about the prostitute that "disappeared", then their lives would be in danger.

Swaggart, by the way, did not repent when he did his cry baby speech. He was stuck. His episode with that prostitute that night was just one of a lifetime of doing prostitutes, as he confessed to the Assemblies of God. He had been seeing prostitutes for 28 years, including when he traveled to "preach".

I have even further evidence that I did not include in the following video. But the video is a good starting point.

Swaggart is dead now. But his wife is just as wicked as he was, and so are his son and grandson Gabe. The whole organization could really be described as a cult, from my personal experience with it.

I know that Suzi had to have been found. Swaggart did too much to cover his "sin" afterwards, comparing himself to David on many occasions, citing adultery AND murder. I believe Suzi had to have been found but no one would have ever connected her with Swaggart.

I also observe that Hunter Lundy was Gorman's attorney at the time (though not at the time of the immediate incident in 1987). I believe that Hunter Lundy arranged the deal between the Swaggarts and Gormans, that Jimmy would be photographed with a prostitute thus vindicating his credibility in lying about Gorman previously. Gorman would not breathe a word about the suspicious disappearance of Suzi the prostitute. Hunder Lundy wrote a book about the trial where Gorman sued Swaggart for lying about Gorman. The name of the book is "Let Us Prey: The Public Trial of Jimmy Swaggart". I did not take note until about year ago that Lundy titled it "PUBLIC trial", as if there were a "PRIVATE trial", which I believe could be a concealed reference to the deal that the two families made.

You will see in this video a lot of the evidence I had at the time, and I have gathered some additional evidence since that video was made. If anyone has any thoughts or could offer help in contacting the people where Suzi might have been taken to after she died, I would welcome any and all.
