Fairfax County Circuit Court Judge David S. Schell is expected to hear arguments on the motion on Friday afternoon.

Looks like the delay was granted:

FAIRFAX, Va. — A judge has ordered a postponement in a trial that had been scheduled for next month in Fairfax County for a Charlottesville man who is also charged with abducting University of Virginia student Hannah Graham.

Delays are to be expected but it is still frustrating. I just can't imagine what his defense could possibly be.
