Probably a silly question, but at this point, he wouldn't be a serial killer because you need 3 victims?? Multiple murderer?

She seemed genuine to me, and said she instantly recognized him from pictures on TV and internet. Plus, we're not talking about a very smart fugitive. He was driving a relative's car, he made a phone call to a relative and he didn't change that hair.
