I personally do not believe she ever got that package from Travis. Nor do I believe the t shirt and "shorts" in that photo were made by Travis. And I really really despise her all the more for dragging innocent Reese's peanut butter cups in to her lies. I may have to get some today just to show them a little love. Just sayin.

I think she's trying to cash in on all of these brand names she tosses around. Reese's peanut butter cups, Crayola crayons...

Please tell me that she hasn't "reached out" to these companies like she did to the Enquirer. Jodi = 'Hey, if your company sends me a case of PB Cups or crayons, I'll mention your brand on the "Jodi Show"

I understand that JA has attorneys appointed by the court, so the state pays the tab, correct me if I am wrong. What I would like to know is who is paying the 11 time Emmy award winning sound tech to testify and the media expert and the domestic violence expert and the potential psych's, etc?

I do not see her as a gold digger in the least. She was "happy" while living with the vampire in a filthy home without electricity. She was not hooking up with guys with a lot of money.

I, too, think she was looking for her concept of love.

Although she lived with Darryl for four years and told the jury that they were in love, Jody dumped him at the point when he couldn't pay his bills. While still living with Darryl, Jodi had sex with Travis within 72 hours of meeting him at the flashy, fancy convention. She had sex with Travis 3 times in the first week that she met him. IMO, this this isn't "looking for love"

Hi Anita :seeya: My theory is that she knew that if she got caught LE would search for the weapons in Arizona and since she was also going to Utah to Ryan's they might look along her route to the SLC area. The receipts for her credit card purchases show she bought gas in Sparks, NV so she obviously used highway 80 for her return trip to California. Nevada is one of the least populated states, especially along hwy. 80 so she had the best opportunity to not be seen. Also, there were some credit card receipts (of which I cannot find the list right now) that didn't make sense from the Reno/Sparks area. I tried to figure them out one day when I came up with a thought that she may have made a side trip to dispose of the weapons. It would be like finding a needle in a haystack to find anything in northern Nevada. (As I said, it's just a theory.)

In my search for the receipts list just now I discovered I had overlooked the fact that she bought 2 more gas cans. So she had four 5 gallon gas cans, including the two she had borrowed. This made more sense to me, as opposed to only two 5 gal. cans, as 20 gallons of gas in a Ford Focus would allow her to totally avoid the possibility of anyone proving she had been in Arizona when she was going to go with the, "I was never anywhere near Mesa, AZ." alibi.

Here's an interesting bit of trivia. July9th is the birthday of Jodi Arias, Amanda Knox, and O.J. Simpson. (Knives used in all 3 murders.)

I have been following this thread a bit, but don’t post too often. Wondered if anyone heard JA refer in testimony to a time back when she was blonde and was happy-go-lucky. I think she was dismissing the time the drunk woman was hanging on Travis. Anyway, she seemed to refer to a time of change between the past with Travis and some point after and I didn’t get the feeling she meant after the murder. Almost like she was explaining why she is so detached or that she was foreshadowing that she’s going change in her story as the “abuse” gets worse. I found that interesting. Anyone else?

In general, I feel she is BPD or a sociopath who fixated on Travis and what he could bring to her life. She used his faith against him. IMO she thought she could trap him if she could get him to have vaginal intercourse with her and was maybe willing to threaten going to his bishop about it. She went to Mesa to give him one last chance but was prepared to kill and thought it was going well until the Mexico trip came up or she asked for a commitment and he said no. She stabbed him symbolically in the heart, he didn’t die, she panicked and the brutal slaying occurred. She was relieved the obsession was gone and able to move on and went to spend time with her new boyfriend.

Not sure if you guys caught this but I learned that woman actually is a long time platonic friend of his. That what happened was two buddies just goofing off and having fun. And everyone knew it. Of course any female around Travis was just competition in the eyes of the Evil One.

Clearly JA was jealous of her chest!! Having to mention several details of the other woman's chest, even going so far as to push up on her own , i bet she really did go into the bathroom and cry ~ she finally realized she got a BAD boob job!! That's what you get when you only pay $300!!
