Personally, I do not see what when they had sex has to with anything. It spices it up for people who are interested in that kind of thing.
But what does it have to do with her stewing for a period of time, devising a "foolproof" plan, and killing him?
So if they had sex 95 times a day and extra on Sundays after church, what does that have to do with killing him?
What's that old saying? It goes something like: "Sex is 5% between the legs, and 95% between the ears." Meaning that sex is much more a mental matter than most of us realize.
So since Jodi & Travis's mental state is important to this case -- and since there's clear evidence that sex play, nude photos, etc. were a part of their relationship, despite strict religious admonitions -- there is justification for examining their psycho-sexual situation.
Similarly, one of Travis's friends said on HLN that Travis told him Jodi is a nympho. This is considered hearsay, so I doubt it will ever be brought up at the trial. However, there is admissible evidence in Travis's email that he considered Jodi a "3-hole wonder" and that she made him feel like a "dildo with a heartbeat."
Seems like she's saying he wanted sex all the time, when really it is HER. Something seems broken here; personally, I'm curious about what the problem is (clinically speaking). It's irritating and wacky that she keeps putting all of this on Travis.
It's also irritating and wacky that he may have always just pointed the finger at HER. It's not right to just look at one side, and ignore the other.
There was a lot going on with them sexually, and it likely had something to do with his death -- e.g., they took nude photos together just before he was killed. Seems like something the court & jury definitely need to understand and evaluate. I hope the psych expert(s) will help people understand how all of this fits together (as well as the religious factor).
