A guy asks you to take a pic of your butt and send it to him, and you jump up in the middle of doing something else and go to the closest bathroom, pull down your pants and snap several pics of your butt until you get just the right one- does anyone but me find this really sleezy besides me?

I don't like looking at my buttocks in the first place, so I could never ever imagine trying to decide which pic looks the best! At least she didn't have to worry about "red eye" when editing.

If in cross JM factually or otherwise proves that some or all of JA's testimony is lies, can the judge instruct the jury to disregard her testimony entirely ? And can JA be charged with perjury right then and there ?

Jodi didn't care about sinning all the times she was turning flips on Travis's ummm, you know! She only considered telling the Bishop because she wanted EVERYONE to know that she'd "had" him. She wanted to tell on him, get him in trouble, embarrass him.

(Note: Jodi is the BIGGEST tattle-tell I've ever seen. Have you noticed how smug and self-satisfied she becomes when selling someone down the river?)

This is also probably why she recorded that conversation. She had plans to share Travis's seedy side with the Bishop, Deanna, Lisa, and/or anyone else who gave a hoot. Heck, she might have planned to publish it on her MySpace, for all we know.


I previously thought Jodi recorded the phone sex to blackmail him. I still think that's possible, as she was hurting for money. But after reading her "Dear Travis" email, it's apparent that she had a HUGE problem with being his "dirty little secret."

She was a fool to have gone along with it for so long, but she allowed it. Why murder the man when you've played along -- and played YOURSELF? Just get a new guy and don't make the same mistake. Keep your legs closed for more than 5 minutes!

So Jodi ultimately got her wish. Now EVVVVERYBODY knows that she had LOTS of sex with Travis Alexander. She's still dirty, she says, but no longer a secret. Now everyone knows it from the halls of the LDS to the halls of Congress. Big whoop. Happy now?

I think she had plans to share it in two places- one at the yearly Mormon General Conference over the loud speaker during opening prayer, and the other as a power point with their photos at the yearly Pre Paid Legal (ooops Legal shield) conference in Oklahoma, or maybe Vegas- whichever one drew the most associates.

Interesting. I asked a friend who is a football freak why the players wore those thin bands around their biceps/elbows etc. He said that at one time they thought the had a purpose, but they really do not and thus became just a fad/trendy thing. Kind of like the black stripes under eyes. Serves no purpose but intimidation or a time honored trend.

So, with that being said, I do not think it served a real physical purpose, and I never noticed the red area where it was removed. So what was it? Did it have to do with sex play or role playing? Part of a uniform (looking?)?

Just for fun facts purpose (not trying to be argumentative): The black paint under the eyes is for a purpose. Athletes, specifically football players, put black paint stripes under their eyes to help (their vision) cut/deal with the glare of either the sun, or being under the bright lights.

Jodi is not dumb. In fact, for a grade 11 education, I think she's quite smart. She has a better mastery of diction/communication than most people I know who have graduated university.

Sleazy or not, many, many people do this type of things (and more) and some may even be people you know or are related to! My guess is this sort of activity is far more frequent than those who aren't doing it realize... it's just that it usually isn't gone over in great detail in court - a public forum. It's private behaviour between (probably media savvy) people who are enjoying their intimate lives in whatever way they want to.

"Sexting" seems epidemic among teens, and I'm sure they aren't the only ones who do this.

People's sex lives (when they're both enjoying it) are not weird - unless/until Dog forbid it becomes public and they happen to be 'unique' in some fashion.

I think the S-term fits JA, but not for this reason.

Looking out for number one - you. Why do you mimic? Because there is no compass within you to say "don't do this - it's not right" or conversly "do this -it's the right thing to do". I'm not a lawyer, but I watch Law & order and Suits

The juror instructions detail the weight they can give a witness testimony. Can disregard any or all if they don't find it credible.

all Juan needs to show is that she changed her hair color a lot and even if she wasn't "platinum blonde" the hair color she rented the car in was not the same as her MUG SHOT

And in the police report, Clancy Talbot a person that knew her from PPL said she showed up to Utah with blonde hair, and that that was unusual.

According to me, Bryan Carr is not being honest. He may very well be talking about everything but the trial with JA. He has all the trial material available to him just like everyone else - more than most because he's in the gallery every day. So he's getting all her testimony even if she never says a peep to him directly.

He's also getting something no one else has, and that's frequent direct contact with the defendant - and they talk about all sorts of things - which many people would pay money to read about... all the little things. Things that happen in jail. Stories, memories, etc. that on one in the media or public knows about...

...except Mr. Bryan Carr.

Heck if I didn't despise her so much, I might have done it given my circumstances at this time. Actually I might have done what he's doing even though I do despise her - but he thought of it first - but only if I had the full agreement/blessings of Travis' family and if JA would talk to me knowing I'm not on her side, but would like to just shoot the breeze because I have the time, location and I am fascinated by her (like a bug under a microscope type fascination).

This man will probably make serious bank with what he's compiling and with his unique access. If he's smart, that is. I guarantee he's being sought out by publishers right now.

My guess is any information he has is useless. Another one who is a stranger to the truth. jmo
