He was discussing Travis with Jodi. Travis was at an executive level. Gus should know better than to get involved with her because of her relationship with Travis. Unless, of course, he had a personal interest in Jodi. Most companies frown on upper level managers getting involved with employees ranked under them. Regardless of whether she worked directly under him or not, it was inappropriate. I'm surprised he has not been asked to resign. jmo

MLM's are not like other companies. There are no employees. You are all independent distributors/consultants/whatever title that particular company uses. Management doesn't care about your personal lives. They wouldn't have asked him to resign over a relationship with anyone, even with someone in his direct downline.

I just saw this, do you work for them? Even if you did work for them this is a threat and I would certainly handle it as such. Unless of course you do work for them and are in the super vacation, four figure without getting out of bed, shiny ring class. Then again, it's hard for threats to roll down the pyramid so you must be the base in which the tip is supported on.

One of the Carnival ships is floating in the Gulf for a few days. No power, no fresh water, no toilet facilities. Sailed out of Galveston. Had massive fire in engine room. Shut down all services.

Last I heard, they were trying to get tugs to it to take to Alabama.

How horrible. I heard the ship was getting towed to Mobile, AL.

Jodi needs to be kept healthy, living a very long life in a little cage. Every once in a while, unplanned, they should blast pictures of her victim. Play the recording of his voice. She chose to kill him instead of going to the bishop. Me thinks the only reason she didn't go to the Bishop was because the truth would be revealed about herself.

you do realize that none of that would affect her, since she has no emotions for anyone but herself? She isn't regretful that she killed him....so none of that works. he left her so she feels justifed. Having no access to the rest of the population and seeing the world only one hour a day would affect her a lot more.

BTW, Jared Loughner is mentally ill (longstanding history before the incident) and it would have been ethically sticky to give him the DP because of that. Mentally ill and DR don't mix. Had he not been mentally ill it may have been a different story. For the others.....I hate knowing they can live and breathe while they tortured and slaughtered so many people visciously and in cold blood. They get to live their lives and get a far more humane death than their victims did.

Forgive me if I am wrong but did Jodi say that she took some naked photos in Gus' trailer? I missed the afternoon testimony.
If this is the case I think that deserves an explanation.

I don't think Jodi will admit to staging the robbery at her grandparents house. If you remember her testimony about asking her friend for a gun because she wanted to kill herself, thats how she will explain her having a gun. Her friend gave it to her...BUUUUUT then Juan will most likely call this friend and check his records for owning that type of gun....Also Juan will ask if you know your friend is suicidal why would you give them a gun at all....the response will be lots of crickets and silence. Juan will then ask well if your so suicidal why didn't you slit your throat? why didn't you stab yourself 29 times? why didn't you just go and buy a gun and shoot yourself? Ms. Arias did you buy a 9mm AFTER Travis Alexander was murdered? Ms. Arias your grandparents had guns in their home..why didn't you shoot yourself with the guns available? Why call a friend to borrow a gun? She is going to be standing there with her mouth WIIIDEE open. There is no getting around this right here. No amount big useless words will clear this up. This is the where it will fall apart and i can't wait.

the friend she claims she called and was going to borrow the gun from, is her ex- Matt MCCarty - and he as already told investigators that he would lie for Jodi.. so i don't know if he can be considered credible at any level.

That's the Carnival ship that's being towed to Alabama. My heart breaks for all those passengers. The ship is virtually unlivable. They are getting meals from other ships.

ahh ok I get ya! the only problem with that is .... there were many close relationships formed from PPL or it seems that way. It's like they all stick together lol
Not sure you can resign from a pyramid scheme. I think he could stop actively working to recruit people and he'd still get a paycheck.

Really!!! Those poor people. They are having to go to the toilet in buckets and only had a peanut/butter sandwich for the whole day. I'll never go on a cruise that's for sure!! They said the ship started leaning to one side when the engines stopped. That's when my heart would have stopped.

When stopped by police in Utah, the rear license plate was upside-down, the front one missing.

Jodi claimed some kids in the parking lot of a Starbucks "played a game" with the plates. She took the front plate from them and tossed it in the car.
