Since I missed the first couple of weeks of the trial, I have to continually ask annoying questions, I'm sorry, but if someone has the time to answer...

I was wondering about the tire slashing incident(s). Was this brought up during the Prosecutor's direct, and how did the Defense cross that, if they did. And has Jodi herself said anything or been asked anything about that? Thanks!

No; this was an uncharged crime and is inadmissible.

However, when JA referred to what she claims TA characterized as her "psycho" behaviors, this and other incidents might be logically inferred.

Jodi gave Travis $699 in April. His trip was scheduled for June. $699 seems like an amount for the trip. It would have been planned and paid a few months prior to departure. $699 is an odd amount.

I'm assuming the prosecution has TA's bank records. If he wasn't overdrawn when that money was deposited that will shoot her explanation on all three of those deposits down won't it?

Well, between Nurmis telling Jodi that twice, if I am recalling correctly, and the snickering of the two women, I believe that they are trying to give the jury the impression that JM is an @zz. The fact remains the jury is made of adults and I would think they view the antics of Nurmi and team as adolescent, immature and highly unprofessional.

In a sense......Nurmi is turning into "that laughing man"!

I thought about that too, however I think she will just say as easy as pie, then I don't know why he asked for it, I did what he told me to, he wanted checks in those amounts and as you can see, I wrote them.

Hi I've not been in the courtroom all week (back Tuesday) but I'm guessing you are speaking of the mitigation specialist staring at the jury. She will have to see how well their fairytales are landing in order to craft a new set or not for the sentencing hearing. iMO
