Oh you guys....

My 4 year old grandson just stopped by my office with my daughter and delivered a "bouquet of red roses" and a card he made for me this morning at preschool.

The red roses were made out of....red tootsie pops

What personal information has he said publicly?
Not defending Gus.... just curious lol Because I do want to know who was in the car with him! And why that person would feel so threatened by Chris Hughes.

I'll bet the witnesses--including ones who are hiding-- are terrified of Jodi.

These murderers do go free--we have all seen that with OJ and CA. Imagine being a person who testified against one of these two and then they're out on the street.

I think Travis was depressed because he was hitting 30, which is the end of the "normal" marriage phase for a Mormon male. At 31, he would be forced to leave the singles ward and would be going to church among all the families and a few single ladies. Family wards have Family Home Evening with their families--so no more cookies and status as a prime eligible bachelor would change. He would be one the ward members would ask about, "Why isn't a handsome, successful guy like that married?"

He's writing a book about success. He doesn't want to be seen as a failure and I think he was pretty much a straight and narrow guy until he met seductress Jodi Arias. Now this is just my opinion so don't get all upset, but I think he told Jodi he was going to go to the bishop and get his life straightened out. This would mean confession and naming her. He was effectively nullifying her plan of blackmail and his action would finger her and generate a meeting for her with her bishop.

She saw herself as losing everything if she lost Travis--her place at the winners table at PPL and her status as a Mormon convert. She had given up her relationship with Daryll for Travis and along with it the house which was going to launch her into the middle class. Now she has nothing and is back living with her grandmother. She spent all that time climbing the ladder of success via him and he "owed" her for these losses and so she was entitled to his car. All he had to say to lose his life was, "I'm calling the police."

Everything she did was for herself. She may have killed him to keep herself out of jail.

I personally hope she gets the DP. I know from my son that these famous killers enjoy celebrity in prison and have romance, attention and a whole prison culture at their feet. It makes me sick to think about her getting her attention-🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 hunger fed after so brutally taking the life of a decent guy she seduced and then trying to paint him as abusive and a pedophile with her lies.

I agree. If somebody called me and said somebody was dead there would be a flurry of calls on my part to find out what was going on.

Show the phone records to at least prove calls Gus!

Exactly .. and I'd be calling a couple of mutual friends to find out if it was true, then if they knew nothing I'd be calling a couple of people to gossip about Jodi and the weirdo thing she just said to me!

Thanks!!!! Now when was this photo taken? We all know that she used her fb and myspace to set up shrines to Travis after he was killed by the ninjas. Could this be her trying to set up an alibi that she dyed her hair at this date and time? Hence her photo caption "Braids (but I'm not a blondie anymore, nope!)"

The defense tried to make it seem like Jodi hair was BROWN when she rented the car but here we see her sporting BLONDE braids. I think this is what she looked like when she showed up to rent the car. Clearly blonde. She testified that her hair was brown and she couldn't go back to blonde because of some drawn out reason but still we have this photo. The car rental guy picked her out of a lineup and said "That's her but she was a blonde tho'" I believe him 100% I don't think a man would screw that up. Even if as the defense tried to suggest she had 2 blonde highlights in the front of her hair, there is no way that he would he would say she was a blonde when most of her hair was (99%) brown at the time.

Someone post the inside edition video. You can see jodi there with brownish hair that clearly looks like it took a sloppy dye job. It doesn't look like she had enough time to let her hair go from platinum blonde to brown. She had to keep her alibi date with ryan. Yet she sat there in court trying to convince everyone that her hair was a brown like her current shade after being in prison for years. Thats not the case.

You can even see some leftover blonde @ 25 seconds in the back of her hair. I have No doubts why she really dyed her hair.

yep, same person I found ;)

oh geesh, now HLN, Breaking news... gus got a call from Jodi the night Travis was killed. IMO, It's quite obvious that it was probably the night he was found, not killed.
IIRC Abe said that she also called him that night. (when Travis was found) I think he said that the first time he was on Dr. Drew. And he went into spy mode or something hoping to get more information from her.

1. I think it's plausible that JA called Gus that night, it's typical drama queen behavior. Everyone she knows is sick of her s**t, so she leeches on to new people who didn't figure out her angle yet.

2. I think the judge on Dr Drew last night missed the mark when she insisted that JA must have been in love with Travis. Since he wasn't rich or important, the only conclusion is that JA was really in love with him.
I think she's either underestimating or doesn't understand that all this is relative. To someone in JA's position and economic status in life, Travis represented a degree of affluence, the kind of person who "doesn't have to worry about paying the bills," in JA's own words. That was something she didn't have and coveted. Maybe she "loved" him (although I doubt that word can be used about JA), but more than that, she dearly wanted the good life he represented.

Oh my gosh!!! I know!!! I was just talking to the hubby about how jacked I would be if I was on this poor, abused, verbally assaulted, sexually harassed jury with how often that court (in this trial anyways) is NOT in session. JA has all the time in the world & is SO into herself that she believes it impossible for anyone else to not be into her as well & that once she tells them her remarkable, amazing, & sexually titillating story of a beautiful romance that was so meant-to-be go physically abusive, that they too will be entranced, addicted, & hanging on her every word -for as long as she wants to keep spinning it. So sad for poor little chihuahua goddess JA that just like TA, the jury (as long as everyone else) appears to be SO NOT that into her & once again, she either just doesn't get the hint or just doesn't GOS. I said that all this delaying -at this point in the trial- CAN'T be good for JA & I think that it might factor into creating a little more disdain for JA when the jury goes to deliberate. If this happens to be correct, then I can accept the very frustrating high amount of days that court is not in session for this trial. Whatever gets that beotch the appropriate punishment that she so deserves and so earned (LWOP or DP).

Well said and I completely agree!

Nice point where on IS just now Mike Brooks references her "jilted" finger and saying it was not a break but a torn tendon. Hmmm...

Yes, one things for certain we would have understood a great deal more of the timing/pathway for the bullet to his head!

I hope the um... unenlightened man gets in some sort of trouble for this.

Maybe the PPL attorneys gave him some really bad advice- he should have been telling this story at the police department- no place else. You don't choose yourself which 'side' you give information to- you go to the detectives working the case with an attorney by your side.

This guy is going to single handedly take down Legal Shield if this is the quality of their services- WOW! Just wow!

ETA he must be a psychopath himself, he is recounting the story on IS right now, with a smirk on his face. What a .... never mind, he is not worth being sent on vacation for.

It just occurred to me where I've seen Travis' sister before. The one on the left at the end. She looks like a younger version of the actress Miriam Shor. I tried to link a pic, but can't figure out how. Google it.

Had him last night. I'm thinking Gus really really wants a part of this trial and is upset that JM isn't biting

So I guess the answer is "not a chance in hell" that Dr. Drew would let this pass. Too bad they help this schmuck get a soapbox.

Hearing Mike Brooks saying "pannies" made me giggle. :blushing:

Well, if its true that it was June 4th then I hope Mesa PD is listening. Can't he be charged with something like accessory after the fact or something? Knowledge of a murder/death not reported? Anyone? They would have access to his phone records would they not and Jodi's Helio phone too? This guy just can't keep his mouth shut- I hope it lands him in trouble- I REALLY do!

Gus, crafty guy that he is......NEVER stated a date. Jinkasaurus. Said "whoa, hold on, are you saying she called you at 3:30 in the morning on June 4th?!"
And he just said, well, yes, around then or yes, I think so. Technically, 3:30 am on June 4th, Travis was still alive and well. He would like us to believe this. Is there anyone here who thinks the prosecutors office does not know exactly when that call took place? And all this nonsense about she told Gus that she was in Northern California......she could have been anywhere!!! What a publicity hound!

I dont know if anybody else has brought this up but the money Jodi had "loaned" to Travis.... He sold her his car right? Could that had possibly been small payments to Travis to pay for the car?

 • #1,378
Thank you, LittleBitty...

 • #1,379
I'm sorry but this story from Gus is sus.
