I would like to know what you think is in the picture of Travis at this link. It's the last picture of him in the shower, he has his head bent forward with eyes closed. What is the object in the bottom center of the picture.

it's probably a piece of paper, or some other object directed by JM - that photo is from the overhead image used in the trial.. in other pictures you can see JMs pen tip... also, in the photo you are pointing out, you can see a staple in the upper left hand corner (probably from the evidence tag being stapled to the back)

ETA: also sort of looks like it is a reflection of an overhead florescent light...

Linda, help with tapatalk! as only tonight on a puter.......just got it and I don't know how to go to last post read on that app like I can here on internet/desktop. Anyone........can you help as to how to do that.

With tapatalk only one screen and when I post to someone, shoots me to the end of all and I have to go back vs. like right now........can open in new tab and send, or that clicky at top that says "first unread" I can click and shoots me correctly to where I left off.

Would appreciate help from techies!

i just drug my husband down the hall. no sheet. not that hard. hes about five inches taller than travis but they weigh the same. it explains to me the stuffed in the shower part. that was the hardest part. i had to get in the shower to pull him inside over the lip of the tub. that was the only way

No, it does not. Long long ago during FCA trial when I was behind, and my computer was really slow to refresh!....I changed to 100 posts per page. It is fabulous! I also changed my view to not see folks avatars, as that takes longer to load also. It's all about the loading! And without avatars, quicker and easier to read if you change that setting also........imho

I don't see the pic you're talking about, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's the shower drain.
The first time I saw it, I thought it was a pool of blood.

On the topic of stolen gun......
Does anything think that Jodi went to Matt's house the night before she slaughtered Travis to permanently borrow or STEAL his gun?

Jodi went to Darryl's home to use his property (gas cans) to try to conceal her involvement in the murder. I think she did the same with Matt. Having her grandpa's gun was convenient, but it would be very obvious when Travis was found dead with the same caliber bullet in his head. Jodi might have called Matt faking suicidal ideations and asked to borrow his gun (for her suicide) to determine if he had a gun . IMO, she planned to steal or permanently borrow Matt's gun and use it to kill Travis.

Who knows? Maybe. Not so far off the beaten path given that this guy has stated outright that he would lie for her on the stand. I still cannot get my head around anyone saying they would lie to cover up an alleged murderer who admitted to killing someone! This guy has a family! What on earth could she have on him that he would be so stupid?

They know the brand and type of bullet used to shoot Travis (per the ballistics expert's testimony).

You'd think they'd have asked the grandfather what type/brand (if any) ammo he had for his stolen .25 to see if it was the same - and if any ammo was stolen along with the gun. Especially since they can't test fire the gun. It wouldn't be conclusive, but it would add more circumstantial linkage between JA/Grandpa's .25/Travis' gunshot wound and casing found.

ETA: Also - does the brand/type found at the murder scene AND what Grandpa had, if stolen - match the box of .25 ammo found at JA's mum's house.

I've never seen info on any of this, other than the casing being Winchester brand (iIrc) - I'd love to know about any connections, too!

My conjecture is that is was not allowed into evidence........that is why we are not seeing it.

I thought maybe the 7 hour conversion was wrong, but its not. There are no text messages shown between 9:17 PM on 1/21 (not right now) and 11:33 AM on 1/22 (how long?).
Not sure what it means.

iirc she said she had been there for some reason, travis gave her an angel, she forgot it in his room (i'm assuming on a table or dresser) she said she was on her way home and remembered the angel, and travis wouldn't let her live it down that she forgot it so she went back to get it and walked in on him masturbating with pictures on his bed, she saw only one of them because it slid off the bed. she said she put the angel back on the table or dresser and left. went home and threw up and he called her many times that night, but seems no record of calls she said happened.

IIRC ja said she was helping Travis move some boxes. He gave her an angel figurine *or something similar*. She forgot to take it with her, went back to the house, walked in (creeper that she was), went up stars to his bedroom and saw him looking at the little boy catalogue photos.

Yeah right, horrible creeper (actually peeping tom) that she was!! She is such a very bad person!! She destroyed Travis in life, and she is trying to destroy his reputation forever. Poor Travis, I am so sorry she was ever a part of your life!!

hmmm..has anyone ever noticed the time stamp here in this shower pic?...its time stamped at 1:27pm..then if you notice the nude pics of both she and Travis on his bed are time stamped BEGINNING at 1:44pm..

so, how exactly could it be that all these photos of Travis in the shower are TAKEN PRIOR TO the nude pics on bed meaning the shower time precedes the nude on the bed pics...that doesn't make sense ..have y'all already discussed this strange factor?..probably something simple I'm just missing, tho..

UUUgh. I hate to ask this but has anyone seen a pic of her two-hole wonder with a timestamp? I watched one of the two 48 hour videos again tonight and Flores says that there were "minutes" between sexually explicit pics and the ones of TA in the shower. I thought that the explicit pics were all around 1-1:30 pm and the shower pics were around 5:30? Am I missing something?

I remember catching that when I watched it, too. Your times are correct.

I do believe that Travis gave her an angel and true to Jodi's fashion she chat on it and tells us about it wrapped up in the most vulgar story possible. Don't forget that she's admitted to slashing his throat from ear to ear almost to the spinal cord - while "blacking out".

IIRC, Arias testified that she had walked in on TA in the afternoon of 1/21 after work at Mimi's Cafe and caught him masturbating with the pics ... JM was trying to demonstrate with the text messages later that day that there was no indication by JA that anything was wrong between the two of them.
