Wait? She "woke" up from her blackout in the desert with blood all over her? Rinsed off with Costco water, shook it off, and then drove to Utah to where she then dry humped another guy within a matter of a day or so? Do I have that right? Who does that after killing someone?

I hadn't heard that before. Interesting. She was obviously trying to keep them from knowing about Matt, Ann Campbell, and the magazines. Where did you read that?

Well, I think they'd match since they were both 25 caliber. Do you mean the brand name of the ammo? I wonder if they'd be able to tell?

I think you'd have to find a bullet fired from gramp's gun....then match it to the bullet recovered from Travis.

I was a gun-shot-first theorist, until I heard her testify to this:

That proved the ME's professional opinion, IMO.

Same here. I was so firmly convinced it was gunshot first, but now that Jodi has testified, I have done a 180.

I think she simply shot him after she dragged him back to the bathroom right before she stuffed him in the shower. I think the purpose was to throw LE off in an attempt to make it appear there were two perps.

I think she came prepared with a hefty bag, stripped down, showered standing over his dead body, packed up, switched the laundry around, deleted the pics she purposely took and tossed it in the washer.... Wiped down the banister and washer/dryer.

I think any blood on her hands was from retrieving items from the bag to toss them in the desert.

Didn't she say she bought two pairs of pants like the pair she wore during the murder (dragging photo)? Remember, they were a little small, but she bought two because they were cheap.

This may also be a sign of premeditation. She liked those pants and new she was gonna throw away her clothes after the murder so she bought two pairs.

Just some wild hypothesis on my part...

Because she would have been bloody....blood would be outside his master suite. There wasn't a drop.

IMO, still doesn't mean she showered over his body ... Arias could have washed up in TA's sink and changed clothes ...

That is what I was thinking. BTW, what was the ammo doing at her mother's house? She did not live with her mother. So, did she give the box to her mother to hold? Hmmm.

Duh! I'm sorry ! Yes that is what I meant.

Am I missing something? Doesn't it take just as long to read 5 pages of 20 posts as it does to read 1 page of 100 posts? Or is this for smart phones?

When i refresh the page, it automatically returns to the place where I left off...sometimes by the time I refresh, the thread is 2-3 pages ahead of me, which makes it harder to skim backwards & forwards if I'm in the middle of trying to follow one specific discussion. Try it, you'll like it!!! :great:

The sink was covered in blood .....from Travis coughing it up.

Then again, how we know she even showered in TA's bathroom ? She had that case of Costco water in the trunk and could have washed up in the desert or possibly showered in one of the other bathrooms in the house.

The blood evidence was contained to the bedroom/bathroom area. Except for a couple small spots on the laundry machines, which I presume came from the bloody linens/clothes that she washed.

IIRC, investigators recovered a box of .25 cal ammo from her mother's house ...

Do I remember LOL (that is leary) that ammunition casing at her parent's home were the same/matched the casings at Travis' home?

Don't forget how she visited a few other guys on the way TO Travis' as well .. Oh and here's one - who drives 1000 miles or so out of their way to drop off a CD of photographs, oh here's one, who sneaks into their ex boyfriends house at 4am in the morning?

The number of times Jodi felt the need to double back to any one of her boyfriends (or ex boyfriends) house then walk in unannounced or somehow 'saw' things on their phones, through their windows, or 'heard' things at work about other girls they were seeing is also incredible.

That would surely have washed away some of the blood splatter in the sink?

That particular entry in court minutes also references handwriting exemplars from Jodi. I remember seeing a forensic report in the court papers that compared some "unknown" writing to Jodi's handwritten journals, and the conclusion that the "unknown" was Jodi's handwriting.

I always assumed this had to do with the forged letters, but now I wonder if it was the writing in the magazines that was compared and determined to be Jodi's.

ETA: I just looked up the forensic report, and I was mistaken about this -- the forensic handwriting analysis was comparing Jodi's handwriting exemplars with her journals, apparently to verify that the writing in the journals was in Jodi's handwriting.

You really need to look at the crime scene photos they tell a story.

But remember, that testimony came from JA's mouth. We don't really know if he bled after the gunshot wound or not.

Could possibly spurting blood from his chest too? The knife wounds where she stabbed him in the main vein leading to the heart? I thought I saw spurting blood as well. I could be wrong.

Well....ahem...now this is moo.....she shot first like she said...the gun jammed, like someone posted earlier...she ran and got a knife to " finish" the job.

I believe she thought one shot to the head was all it was gonna take.....<buzzer>wrong.
