Another thing, some people are saying: How could this little woman drag TA with him being dead weight. Well, I remember a cleaning lady I once had, and we were going to move this huge dresser from one room to another, and I said, We can't do this. Let's just wait until my husband gets home. And she said we can do it, so she gets this sheet and puts it under the dresser and we were able to move it, no problem. So I think Jodi must have been able to move TA with the sheet she took off the bed.

She could have done it without a sheet too. I had no problem.

ETA I would imagine stuffing him back into the shower wasn't easy.

Poor weak helpless woman. Pity them...

My dad is a gun collector.
He wants me to get one.
That scare me! Mostly because I am
afraid it would get taken from me and
used on me instead.

I guess one never knows but I just don't think I could
shoot to kill.

My dad has a sign on his mailbox that says this home
protected by a Glock.
He says the locks on his doors aren't to protect
him. They are there for the intruders safety.

I know one thing I WILL NEVER ENTER HIS HOME WITHOUT
CALLING FIRST!
I still ring the bell and I lived there for 22 years.
I wish someone handed Travis a gun at some point and say ya know...
Just in case man. Jodi is off her freakin rocker.

Just shows how stupid Jodi really is to have actually used a stolen gun.

I couldn't even speak, my mouth went so dry I wouldn't have been able to spit for a million dollars. Frozen!

Classic fight or flight. Adrenaline released causes your eyelids to retract, heart rate increases, and your mouth becomes very dry.

It's easy to be a "ninja" (Jodi's fave) when it's a hypothetical scenario. Given the time frame there was little to no opportunity for "negotiation," she was all business.

I disagree, just from the shower scene, we know at least two minutes were available

Ok Jodi you can go to Cancun with me would have worked.
IMO

At what point do you believe the first blow was inflicted upon TA within those two minutes?

I've honestly wondered if the manicure was part of the plan. If she had her nails buffed and polished but clipped very short for this very DNA-prevention reason.

I'm wondering what JA was thinking after she left the murder scene in regards to when she thought they would discover Travis' body. We know his br door was locked, so that would hinder the discovery even further is what she thought in her sick twisted mind!!

Not sure. My computer is acting crazy tonight. I keep losing the connection to websleuths.

Mine too. Think you got the wrong quote. lol

JM told Jodi there was a 7 hour time difference from what was listed compared to the actual time. Not sure why. But some times were marked with the difference and others listed were not. Good question though. Maybe someone can answer that for you. I was lost with it all. jmo

Times marked were/are GMT (Greenwich Mean Time...basically universal/world time)
So...in JAs case 7 hours past Jodi's time zone....which I'm guessing was Pacific...or would it be Mountain...?;hmmm....

I am talking about the two minutes preceding the attack

Are you talking about the camera drop? Because you do not know what transpired until the obvious bloody shot.

What do you believe was going on exactly? Based on what?

I always thought the order of events were important because the defense team wanted to prove that he was shot first so he couldn't have been alive or aware during the rest. I thought they thought they could convince the jury that it wasn't cruel and worthy of the death penalty. Then she gets on the stand and tells this story and says things like "He just wouldn't stop" I think that is true, but he wouldn't stop fighting for his life, not hers. If I were to accidentally shoot someone in the head I'm pretty sure my first thought would be "Oh my gosh are you okay? I need to get help!" Not "Oh crap, now he's really going to be pissed."

"A five year old could hold a camera better than you." Really? Kind of a random thing, but I believe he might have said something similar at some point and it really got to her because she is that full of herself.

Maybe its just me, but if I were being attacked and trying to stop them and get away I'd be saying things like "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!", "Please stop!" I'd be begging and pleading for them to stop. She mentioned nothing like that, did she?

I know I don't really need to pick apart her story because we already know it is b.s., but those things have really bugged me. I hope the jury feels like she is insulting their intelligence as much as we do.

I agree. And although i was a strong "he was shot first" side...Once I saw the M.E. testify, and read the report, he is very certain based on no real hemorrhage in the brain, that gunshot came later in the chain of events. He was either dead already, or had so significantly bled out, there was not more blood to come out.

So that is compelling to me that the shot was not first. That is a confusing point though...

I just had a terrible thought!

I could totally see her holding Napoleon hostage to get him to
comply in the shower.
That would explain that last tragic expression he had.

If anyone deserves the death penalty she does.
She thinks her psycho sociopathic babble about wanting the death
penalty and how she meant to commit suicide etc...

CLASSIC! She really thinks she can manipulate the jury into
a life sentence!!!! -and she would consider that A VICTORY.

She may even think she still might be found not guilty.

I am so bad but I WANT TO SEE HER FACE WHEN/IF she is handed
a death sentence. She is scared to death to die. IMO

He looks like he is seeing his life flash before his very eyes:

Do you think when he noticed her in the earlier pic she said something to him like: I am going to cut your freakin' heart out?
