I thought it odd when she talked about Travis and Mimi's 2 or 3rd date. She had to be seething about it.. yet she wasn't really negative about it. I hope Nurmi doesnt try to bring it up on redirect. If he does.. we will know he's been reading here!

Weird chit definitely. She refers to their 2 1/2 date. She was 28 at the time. Sounds like she was 13. And what's with the official/non-official dating if she was already taking it in the rear? Sorry to be crass but jeez. Or should I say jazz?

I don't actually believe that she altered any time or date stamp. I think she may have loaded the "dirty" pics of them onto his camera at 1:30. I think she took the shower pics at 5:22 on. If she loaded pics onto the camera, what time stamp would they have? Does anyone know? Any photographers out there?

I'm not a professional photog but I've worked with them. She would have to have modified the memory card (SD) herself through her computer or through his computer to put the photos onto his camera or inserted hers (assuming a smooth transition and no problems from proprietary software). The EXIF data should stay the same regardless, unless she modified them on the computer but her testimony is that his computer was not working very well and there was no reported record of photo editing to my knowledge.

I'm still thinking she. HAD to have showered or cleaned up a bit at Travis 's. Her hair and everything had to be covered. Blood on hands due to injuries. I.e.,left ring. Jmo finger

I'm curious about this because everyone keeps saying she got into the shower with him to clean off. Why? Couldn't she have gotten into the bathtub? Look at the pics. That bathtub is super, super clean. Maybe she washed off there and then cleaned it up. Isn't that a possibility?

There are two straps. One that can be used around the neck and one that can be used around the wrist. I can't remember where but I saw a pic of the camera and it did have a wrist strap attached to it. The one that everyone is saying was in the camera bag is most likely that one that is used around the neck.

Shower is faster. Some have suggested she showered before placing him there but I don't think so. I think her frame of mind was deal with Travis and evidence first, then clean herself up.

To me the water looks like it's running down the glass door. On the others of Travis it looks almost like the lens got sprinkled.

Take a look at the other pics, besides the one with the full face. If you see one where you think it looks like the door is closed, will you link it for me? I am having trouble seeing anything that indicates a closed shower door.

Also, how would shooting pics through the shower door effect the focus or autofocus?

This is a crime scene pic, and I didn't see any other crime scene pics with a full view of the camera.

ETA: It is definitely strange camera behavior and has puzzled me since the beginning.

ETA again: I don't think DSLR's usually come with a wrist strap.

I think Jodi said Travis was right behind her as she ran down the hall and went into the closet (to save herself instead of committing suicide by going out the door) and slammed the closet door on Travis and got the gun and went out the door near the shower. I'd think Travis would be able to open the door and get her before she climbed the shelves to get the gun. She has herself back in the bathroom facing Travis as he comes running out of the closet. Do you think Jodi knows about blood splatter? She sure doesn't understand basic physic and the laws of gravity.

All I can think of when she claims he 'chased' her....there is no way.

A couple years ago, my two boxer dogs got into a fight. I was taking a bath. DH yelled for me, not realizing I was bathing.
I have tile floors. Not thinking, I jumped out of the tub, my foot stepped off the mat and down I went. HARD.
I was hurt so bad, I could not make a sound. I could not move either.
My daughter came from the other side of the house when she heard DH yell for help with the dogs.
All I managed to finally do was kindof drag myself closer to the bathroom doorway. (our bathroom in my room is open to bedroom)
they finally get the dogs separated and my other daughter is the one that noticed something was wrong.

I had a broken tailbone, fractured hip bone, sacrum, and was laid up good for over a month+.

I can say I'm pretty sure Travis did not lunge and chase het on those floors.

I just can not get over why she's insisting on drawing this out. I feel bad for the jury, Travis' family, everyone.

Just going by my experience in watching all the different CSI type shows ...
I would think that the crime scene techs would have checked the tub for latent blood.
If JA had used them tub to clean up in, and thought she'd scrubbed it clean - the CSI techs would have founds blood traces there with their equipment They usually even check the tub drain pipe for blood/etc.
No, I don't think she used the tub.

Unfortunately/fortunately we have been given "Free Will". Just think how much sorrow would be avoided if "evil" did not exist. If evil did not exist, my family would be intact and not destroyed. I lost my only sister two years ago to alcoholism. No comparison, but there are many forces of evil coming at us everyday.

It's kind of not logical to me. She stuffed him in the shower, then got in and washed herself off while his body was most likely blocking the drain, and everything she was washing off herself was washing off on him? I don't know, but it doesn't quite make sense to me. I think she either used the tub or the bathroom downstairs. If it was the bathroom downstairs, she stripped off her ninja costume and left the bedroom. (ETA - I think she had one of those ninja masks on --- This thing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balaclava_(clothing))...She was beyond surprised when Dett. Flores said they had a sample of her hair.

I know . . .... I am the same ..a few years one of my dogs got loose and ran down the hill behind our house....I was frantic and took off after him . I was looking in brush and bushes sobbing for 45 minutes until I finally caught up with him. I was a mess!

I wonder why that hideous beast Jodi did not shoot Napolean?

IMO she has a soft spot for dogs.
