Yes, my "let's go with he didn't know" was meant to mean "accept that as fact, but we don't know for sure". Sorry if that wasn't clear. hahaha!

I do think the door was closed and I think the flash was turned off. Whether the flash was turned off for the "artistic photos" she was trying to portray during a photo shoot that he was aware she was taking or she turned it off to sneak up on him.

But of course, like the rest of you, this is just MY theory. I just have a hard time believing anything from her current story based on all of the previous stories. I know a lot of people believe the accounting from the ninja story holds the closest to truth we have, but I don't. I don't believe a word out of her mouth. I think she has a story to make fit around what she knows happened and what she wants people to believe...with very few - if any - ACTUAL FACTS from her mouth being told.

If I did not know for sure she DID indeed accomplish it by herself, Arias getting Travis' dead body IN the shower would have made me question if she accomplished this alone.
That was quite a feat - but she DID do it, so there we are.

I, along with other WS did an experiment with our poor husbands...I'm 5'4 and 115lbs and my dh is 6 foot and 200lbs and I could drag him (it was not easy, but I did it, lol) I'm sure JA had a lot of adrenaline, that I didn't have while she was dragging TA.

Have you seen all the camera photos? There is a series of three or four in which he is clearly posing for the camera. It is inconceivable that those could have been taken without his knowledge.

I completely agree. I don't understand how one can deduce that he didn't know she was there. No one I know of, who is just taking a shower, poses in the shower the way he was.

I dont think it jammed. It seemed to have fired and ejected the bullet casing just fine.

I think the only reason she shot him is when she was dragging him after slitting his throat from ear to ear she heard air leaving his lungs and thought he may be alive.

I really agree with Dr. Horn that Travis was possiblly already died or seconds away from dying when she fired the one shot before she put him back into the shower.

I am just trying to catch up over the last three days so I am not sure how much these things have been discussed so far, but I know on direct JA said that when she ran in the closet, she grabbed a stool so she could get the gun. But on cross she said something else.
Has there been any discussion on that??

Also, it is my guess that she used the sheets to drag TA as that would make it easier to move him. Sheets work great when you are moving furniture so my guess that is what she used to move TA.
Also, I am sure JM will have an amazing Closing Argument. He will be able to reiterate all of her lies step by step and will inform the jury if they have any questions, they can have her testimony read back. It is not to be missed.

I think the entire picture is a white sheet (well, not the entire picture but I don't know how else to explain it). All of that blood is on a sheet with his body on it that she is dragging.

You don't see the blood pattern in the left row of images matching those in the right hand row of images? They are exactly the same - except there is more blood, it appears in the darker row (makes sense since it was taken after the one on the right).

I don't see how it can be anything but Travis' bare back in either of these photos. A white sheet would be visible and bright, with folds/draping and would likely appear light blue given the lighting in that photo. I don't see anything like that in either photo anywhere!

Amazing how we can see such different things looking at the exact same image - and we're both sure! Hahahhah! I was hoping my little set of photos would clear things up... guess not!

I'll try to do a better job next time - higher res images to work with would make a difference. Or more caffeine before I start. :great:

Hey, been busy w/work and not on much today. I had promised a friend that I would find something I had seen years ago when I was going through a horrible time w/my then husband. It took some searching, but I found it. I cried and cried the first time I read it b/c it just rang so true. BUT, it was probably one of the most helpful things I found to help me understand that the problem was not me...

Now, I know Jodi hasn't been diagnosed as a Narcissist and many (incl me) have used the term to describe her. IMO she is definitely one. If you have the time, read the Foreword I have linked. I think it gives an EXCELLENT representation of what Travis might've been dealing with, if you haven't been through it yourself... I think it also gives you a glimpse into what I think Jodi is.

I read since he was thought to be gone, as is often the case, his roommates were feeding the dog. I think I read it was Enrique's girlfriend who was feeding him? They said he was running around free, so they were taking care of him.

Hope this helps. It was one of the first things I actually looked for in this case.

I agree with all, nurse -- I remember her saying she saw the gun when previously cleaning for him; during the murder discussion at trial, she said she stepped up on a shelf & got the gun (which she had said previously on a TV interview, was not loaded, IIRC) & there was no ammo around -- just in the gun. :waitasec:

WRT the bbm, will Martinez call TA's friend with whom TA would go out & shoot the friend's guns? Can he?-- since the guy has already been interviewed on TV? The one who said TA would never have a .25 since they were "no good," or something to that effect, and he said that TA did not have a gun, but was considering some kind of a large hand gun -- a .45, or whatever.

Further, as meticulous and particular as TA was about his house and his things, would he have had a loaded little gun just sitting on one of his closet shelves?? Loaded, safety not on, and no ammo??? C'mon, JA, think about it... If it had been for protection, it would have been in his office desk, IMO, or beside his bed. And he wouldn't have had that small caliber gun for protection or for target shooting, IMO...Nyah, that doesn't fly at all...

Also, it had been awhile since she had the seen the gun. Is she really going to take the chance of it still being in the same spot and being able to get it in time while he is chasing her down so quickly and she is in fear of her life. I think she had a better chance of 'saving her life' if she made it out of the room and leave the house. A naked man is only going to chase you so far. I doubt his anger over 'her dropping the camera' was enough for him to chase her naked in the streets.

I'm rewatching testimony I saw in the courtroom yesterday and two observations:

1. I despise her fake soft breathy disgusting voice. :furious: You can hear it so much more clearly on TV than in person.

2. It appears when she's looking toward the jury and not even looking at Juan while he's addressing her but I can't stress this enough. SHE IS LOOKING IN TO VACANT SPACE. She's either staring at the jury railing or over their heads. NO ONE is making eye contact with her. In fact, the more she sends her creepy gaze in their direction, the more they look away and stare down, just at him, straight ahead.
