I'm rewatching testimony I saw in the courtroom yesterday and two observations:

1. I despise her fake soft breathy disgusting voice. :furious: You can hear it so much more clearly on TV than in person.

2. It appears when she's looking toward the jury and not even looking at Juan while he's addressing her but I can't stress this enough. SHE IS LOOKING IN TO VACANT SPACE. She's either staring at the jury railing or over their heads. NO ONE is making eye contact with her. In fact, the more she sends her creepy gaze in their direction, the more they look away and stare down, just at him, straight ahead.

There are times when Jodi is facing us, facing the camera, and she is smirking. Can the jury see that?

I think everyone has to buy a ticket (pays for the beer and snack stuff) except for any people in any of the groups of people Jodi Arias has maligned. I will be showing up as a non existent ninja warrior. Racing up to Jodi with several well placed ninja kicks and chops and back in my seat in the stands swigging a long pull of beer before Jodi is able to say owwie.

Cuckoo, I'm starting to worry about you! :giggle:

I hope during rebuttal that JM will put up autopsy photos and then play the 48 hours segment that "No jury will convict me, mark my words. No jury will convict me."

I would like to see her eat her words.

I had that same thought today and am hoping he uses the phrase "she is taunting you with this...you know she's not innocent, you know she commited this crime..do not mark her words".

They can see her all the time but honestly not many of them look at her that much anymore.

In that picture his leg seems crossed over the other, it would almost have to be for him to fit. And if they were taking pictures (gunpoint or not) he might have sat like that so his privates wouldn't show

I think if it was after the stabbing it would be more of a crumple pose, I don't know how one would slump like that and end up w/ legs crossed, but I haven't tried it.

Just a little more fodder for discussion
it is just an illusion on the leg crossing....look again...I do not think they are crossed....another poster pointed this out earlier

I don't think she ever dropped the camera or he called her any name before she stabbed him. I think she caught him off guard taking the pictures and distracted him before she stabbed him in the heart and I suspect the camera dropped then and could have been knocked around in the scuffle. I don't believe there was any argument about the camera. I also think that stab to the heart disabled him enough so he was only be able to put up hands and try to fend off the knife attack. Then he tried to get away from her and then the stabs to the back however he attempted to get away, running or crawling.

So sad to think what was running through his mind, poor man.

Isn't it interesting she picks the Cancun trip (7 days) to kill him or Travis (suddenly has the abusive outburst to lead her according to Jodi to defend herself with 29 knife wounds, slit throat and gunshot wound to the head) to abuse her with the possible one foot in the shower football winged body slam. Then no one could find him for seven days.. my my what a acquittance! No premeditation!! hahahha Another one on the list

She had to have carried it around because it shot pictures from different positions .. so utterly weird that when she decides to drag Travis back to the shower she thinks 'oh better get the camera and get off a few snaps' but then not actually shoot any actual images of him. Truly the strangest part of this entire case.

And the most cold right? She could care less that someone is dying in her presence. She cares more about where the camera is than his dying.

Her and her pathetic finger. Does her family believe her crock?

The camera was brand new and the strap was found in the box.

After hearing about the remote I have to wonder if that was in her pocket and that's why the camera was snapping.

Ok, that's good to know about the strap. But then how/why did the camera keep moving around?

Vinnie Politan, Mike Brooks and a wrestler are having a great time trying to reenact JA's version of events with the linebacker issue with the gun. Could not happen. So good!

You know that water pouring business has always been curious to me. It's not like she really tried to clean up the crime scene. The other thing I've thought was her dousing water on Travis' body while he was still in the hallway to wash HER dna off his body before putting him back in the shower.

speaking of that, I was surprised Juan didn't question her re: getting Travis back in the shower. Even though we know she'd say she didn't remember I would have liked to hear him confront her on all the calculated behaviors she did that day in her "fognesia" (LOVE THAT!) . Putting the camera in the washer (with wash), packing her car, cleaning herself up, etc. and adding putting his body in the shower. That kind of got missed (for me).

Oh! Just had an idea. Maybe her intent was to wash her dna off of him, then with her little glass she realized she could do it more effienciently and completely by putting him in the shower to have water just running over him for a time period vs going back and forth with the glass. Maybe that is WHY she put him in the shower.

I could be wrong but I thought Jodi admitted to putting Travis's body back into the shower?

I guess the g/f didn't smell that oder by the 3rd day coming down stairs. Does anyone know who has Napoleon now? Poor little soul. What trauma he went through that day.

No one noticed the smell. Travis's friend Deanna has Napoleon.

I got the impression he ran short of time so he kept his cross examination to the crucial points he wanted to make. (He did so well, just watching the part where she admits she injured her finger during the murder. Brilliant.)

I agree about the lame attempt to get her DNA off him which is why he ended up back in the shower, I think he was supposed to STAY in the shower during the murder, he messed up her whole plan when he managed to get out of that space and spread evidence all over the hallway. He made her cleanup job so hard for her, so darned inconsiderate of him. I think a lot of overkill was due to the fact that he just wouldn't die fast enough for her.

Getting to the end of part two, when I watched it the first time I didn't realise how long it took for JM to get her right where he wanted her.

He did confront her on that stuff.

I'm reviewing yesterday's hearing .. this moment when JM tells Jodi he doesn't want to know where she lives and to take that attitude back is just awesome. Starts at 11:07 here:
Jodi Arias Trial - Day 25 - Part 2 - YouTube

She's such a Whiney beotch!! When she said in that Whinese accent that where she resided was much smaller than Travis's closet - I wished Juan had shot back (for the jury's sake) that the coffin where Travis resides is much smaller than her cell.

imo because if you notice the sitting pose she had him get in his right leg is crossed over his left which was to slow him down getting up and out as she stabbed him in the chest. Not left over right. She posed him in the most vulnerable position possible. Moo

His legs ARE NOT crossed. Period.

Second, and separate issue; if there was a gun in Travis' house/involved it was planted there WHILE she was cleaning it. It may have already put it there in her premeditation, that crappy .25, and Travis had no idea.

I missed any "how /why did you put him back in the shower stall?" stuff..was in the am testimony?

I don't remember him asking why and how, Just did you put him in the shower like that. And she said yes.

Amazing what she remembers now.. ;)

I think the cup is two fold...once she realized she had been cut and was bleeding she used the cup to dilute the blood on the floor and hopefully eliminate any chance of her DNA being found. It is also at that point, that she realizes she needs to get Travis in the shower in order to make sure her blood isn't anywhere on him and the cup helped her to reach the places the shower didn't. jmo

No not that (that I heard) but he confronted her on all of the cover-up she did while in her fognesia. Something like, "You were in a fog but you had the presence of mind to put the camera in the washing machine?" Not those exact words.

I may have misunderstood your post. :)
