She's such a Whiney beotch!! When she said in that Whinese accent that where she resided was much smaller than Travis's closet - I wished Juan had shot back (for the jury's sake) that the coffin where Travis resides is much smaller than her cell.

The whole reason the jurors can't watch her get to the stand is so they don't see her shackles and realize she's in jail, right?
So I'm pretty sure she isn't suppose to mention it - I wish he could punish her for that - maybe ....put her hair in a pony tail??
That way she couldn't hide behind it. lol

Jodi testified that she put on socks and shoes and left, driving away wearing the bloody clothes. It's obvious why she had to toss the car mats, but what I do not understand is how there was not blood elsewhere in the car, maybe on the seat or back rest, or even down on the front of the seat area from her pants legs. Certainly she had a lot of blood on her clothes so how was the car returned as clean as it apparently was? The rental agent testified it had two small stains that looked like Kool-Aid. I find it really hard to believe that's all there was for staining considering the crime scene.

Changed clothes in the garage where her rental car was parked with the luggage in the trunk (supposedly)

I was worded a little differently.
Juan points to the spot right in front of the shower and asks her if that's where she was standing when she put him in the shower.
She says yes - you know, in that pitiful crying voice of hers. lol

Thank you! and then doesn't Juan get her to testify that she went and got the glass from under the sink? Like this is where her memory returns. Hallelujah!

I don't believe that. I think she changed at the house put those clothes in a bag and then burned them in the desert. No way she walks out in those murder clothes and does not have blood on her.

I think she said she drove in them, to say, LOOK, IT was not that bad! I did not have that much blood on me so I could not have been that vicious. Whatever the reason, in her sick demented mine it helps her.

I agree, she doesn't want to admit that she walked out of the house in clean clothes because it shows clarity of thought - if she was genuinely in a fog she would have walked out in bloody clothes, if she was not she would have had enough intelligence about her not to walk out of his house looking like she had just murdered someone .. especially since I believe she parked the car around the corner so it was not just a quick walk across the driveway.

I am just trying to catch up over the last three days so I am not sure how much these things have been discussed so far, but I know on direct JA said that when she ran in the closet, she grabbed a stool so she could get the gun. But on cross she said something else.
Has there been any discussion on that??

She testified on cross that she stepped on the edge of one shelf without touching anything with her free hand and grabbed the gun from the top. She did not disturb one thing on the shelves. Good catch of another of her lies!

If this is an example of Jodi's art, then who is drawing the art being sold on ebay? This is not anything similar.

THE BATTERED SNOW WHITE. lololol
Her DV expert claims not only was Arias abused, but so was Snow White. haha
True story.

Hi everyone. Thanks for all the info and updates. They are much appreciated since I usually can't get on until late at night.

I have seen alot of you wondering why JM hasn't shown the clip from 48 Hours where Jodi says if she murdered Travis she would beg for the death penalty. IMO he will save this clip for the sentencing phase. What better way to end than to play that clip and then say "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, give her what she asked for."

Garbage bags come in handy for toting bloody items, no?

ETA: costume change before leaving house

What real man would want to marry a chick who would perform oral sex on a porch and ask for an ejaculated face? Sane and decent men dont wife women like that.

As long as something illegal isn't involved (children, animals) what two consenting adults do is fine by me. I don't care how people choose to enjoy each other and if they marry each other...cool for them.

HLN soo good right now. They said in order for bullet casing to be where it is (on top of blood) means stabbing had to come first because shell casing has no blood on it. It is on top of blood.

Exactly, Indiana! They later added that the bullet -- which they "rehearsed" with the stances as Jodi had indicated -- would have been ejected on the right side of the shooter, and would have landed on the wrong side of the bathroom. Further, if the bullet had been later kicked to where it was photographed, it would have rolled over blood and it would have collected some blood on its way to where it finally rested. The bullet was pristine in the evidence photo.

Again, I agree that their scenario made a lot of sense.

Remember a couple of days ago that the defense insisted that a man in the court, I think his name is Chris Hughes? be made to wait outside the court? Like he was going to be called as a witness? And since the defense was so insistent on this I assumed he would be a witness for the state? But the state has rested? Or just done with Jodi Arias?

Do you think that travis got the camera in his possession when he went after her in the hall somehow? Could he have been reviewing the photo he didn't like and protesting to it when she knifed him the first time?

He freaks and goes down the hallway with the camera, staggering. Shocked, but still mobile trying to get away or to a phone for help. Meanwhile Jodi is stabbing in the back wondering why he won't die.

Finally he loses momentum and falls to the floor, perhaps to all fours, and now the strapless camera is placed where his neck is slit ear to earn.

I don't believe any of her story, but would love to hear her explanation for how the camera got from the bathtub to the far end of the hallway. Another major hole in her story.

I wonder if she was kicking it out of her way during the murder.

One thing that's puzzled me about this case is the timeline of 6/4/08. Arias testified (probably lied) that she took her luggage down to the car shortly after 2 PM. Let's say 2:30 even ... what did she and Travis do for 3 hours between 2:30 and 5:30 after she was dressed and the sex was over ? I personally believe she left and came back after the last roommate had left for the day. Maybe she told Travis that she forgot something and had to turn around and come back ?

Juan asked JA about placing her camera in a locked car in June (on an Arizona afternoon) Chances are those were all lies from Jodi.

Yesterday Jodi spoke about stopping before the check point and her suitcase, water and gas cans were in the trunk. I dont know about the rest of you ladies... but I would NEVER put my suitcase in the trunk where there are cans of gasoline. Who wants to smell like gas?

Im still thinking the entire 'rope' story was made up by her defense to explain WHY there was a knife in the bedroom/bathroom. Juan pointed out that the rope was not in the pictures. *because it never existed in the first place* When Jodi was arrested there were knives in the boxes of books in her car (of which she said the books belonged to someone else) The rope story was a lie as well so it wouldnt look like Jodi brought the knife (proof of premeditation)

Her tears were so fake! Has anyone notice the entire trial she has NEVER blown her nose... not even once after crying? I was disappointed that Juan didnt bring up the times tamps on the photos that proving her story that TA body slammed her, or her 'running down the hall to go get the gun' was not possible in the time from the last picture in the shower to the time of when she is seen dragging him.
She started to answer a few of Juans questions and Nurmi piped up saying "She cant answer because she doesnt remember" I dread having to listen to him again. I betting Jodi wears her baby ponytail again for redirect.

And I think this is what Juan was trying to get out of her when he asked when and how many times she showered.

I also hope Juan plays the clips where she calls the murder "heinous."

I was thinking about that this morning... and thought.. Yep.. that was another lie! THAT would be a great closing statement!!! I was so thrilled that he played the "No jury will convict me" before closing. Juan is brilliant!!
