I absolutely think it was altered for the show. It is different from the direct link to the footage from youtube.

I just think it's all about perception. I watched live feed and direct link footage on youtube and still think he says stick with it. I don't think he says it in a nefarious way, more like a hang in there way.:twocents:

absolutely!! hugs back to you, dear! :grouphug:

After my son died, my own mother refused to go to the funeral with me. I couldn't believe it. I would never let one of my children bury their child without my arm around their shoulder. She said, "I don't like funerals." My aunt said the same thing. I am Latina and I told both of them I never wanted to hear them say they were family oriented again in my presence.

I am hoping that our willingness to walk this terrible walk with Travis' family makes a difference. They have hundreds of arms around them as they endure this great suffering.

I commend each one of you for being willing to get involved, for caring about justice for Travis.

Is it possible to watch the full the July 15, 2008 videotaped interview of Detective Flores, and, Arias?

In the video, Arias says "If I killed Travis, I would beg for the death penalty." Also during the July 15, 2008 videotaped police interview - Detective Flores tells Arias that the photos taken the day Travis Alexander was murdered were recovered from Travis' camera. Arias tells Flores that she has "a morbid curiosity (about seeing the photos)," because she wants to know how he (Travis Alexander) died.

Please reply if you have a link to the July 15, 2008 videotaped interview - or a link to the trial from January 14, 2013.

Thank you in advance for giving me a link to watch the full July 15, 2008 Arias Police Interrogation Video, and/or, a link to watch a recorded live feed of the trial from January 13, 2013.

I have searched for the full July 15, 2008 police interrogation video and a recorded live feed of this trial from January 14, 2013. However, I have only found videos of news programs reporting on the trial.

Thanks, again, to anyone that is able to help me by giving me a link. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Ugggh, I had so many mixed feeling watching yesterday. Ofcoarse I was elated the JM kicked down the the brick wall against the defense, brick, by brick. I mean brick by brick one at a time, the way the shooting supposedly happened, what she did with the cans of gas, the gun,TA attitude or stance, all of it the camera etc etc etc. The wall came down and the defense crumbled.

But, I have to admit, I grabbed my throat and I had a hard time breathing after the pic of TA being dragged by JA. Horrifying to say the least. I couldn't help but think how TA family feels knowing my own wimpy reaction.

I don't care if they give her death or LWP, one way or another this person should NEVER be let out in the streets again.

I don't see that happening from any jury.

I thought the shower door had been closed in all the pictures until the last one of him sitting in the shower, the one where there's no head in the picture.

Looking back at them, however, it does not look like the shower door was closed in any of the pictures. The full face picture looks like the shower door could be closed, but I think the water that is seen is just water that is flowing from the shower head that happens to be captured on film.

Any thoughts on this?

The finger is all Arias has in her desperate attempt to convince us that she was abused. She has no other corroborating evidence.

She has no corroboration for all the other mud she has slung and never will
1) pedophilia (no pictures, no computer images, no texts or phone calls about it, nothing about it in her journal, she didn't tell anyone and best of all: the spiderman underwear was conveniently thrown away

2) he was a sexual deviant (so? she says she is a willing participant.. and just because she didn't jump up and down and turn cartwheels over it she participated and she "liked" it.)

3) he kept their relationship hidden/he was emotionally abusive: (she impeaches her own self with her 48 hours interviews and interviews with detectives.

and finally

4) physical abuse: all she has is the finger and that has failed her too with police interviews, witness testimony and pictures)

So, all she HAS is her bent up, pathetic finger to prove 1-4... there is not one other shred of anything that supports her claims. It is my opinion that if the jury can get the finger they will be able to do the right thing on deliberation day.:twocents::twocents:

Great Post.

This may have already been discussed and I missed it. But when Juan was showing her one of the photos that were accidentally taken he showed her one that showed the threshold. He pointed to the far left part of the threshold with his pen and asked her 'This is Travis isnt it?' and she answered 'yes.'

I have looked at the photo and all the others several times but didnt even notice that Travis was in the photo.

Had anyone else already caught that before he pointed it out?

tia

I tried so many times to figure that one out. Looked at different times, different sizes, and all I ever saw was a blob. I'm glad Juan knew.

Wasn't Dave Hall ordered to stop giving interviews after they got his film of TA shooting guns? He is talking on Dateline tonight. Wonder how long ago he was interviewed?

These things are usually pretaped in advance with different people being interviewed, then edited, then aired. Parts of it could be weeks old.

Back to our crude layout drawing. We can easily debunk her versions of how the attack happened.

In scenario #1 She is lifted up and body slammed...you see her here with her camera in the direction she'd be laying on hard tile after the body slam, and this is where she would remain for...maybe 4 days as her back would be out and she would have a concussion thereby making it impossible to get up. Travis would simply go to Cancun and wish her well.

In scenario #2 assuming by some miracle she got body slammed...and holy jesus, she rolled to her left as she said, got up (as he stands there and watches her roll and get up) and she takes off running past him as he stands there for some reason watches her go by and takes a step out, and poof, he is practically giving her a flat tire he is so close to her little running feet and bam.. he is behind her in the closet and she does what? Flies up and gets a gun, and he politely stands there while she gets the gun and then she runs by him, gets in the bathroom and then he comes at her. Ok, I can't type anymore, I'm laughing too hard.

That makes 2 of us.

Someone posted previously (I'd give credit but I bookmarked it awhile back and have no idea who it was!) this collage of shower pictures with a few I'd never seen:

http://s1309.beta.photobucket.com/user/wasthinking/media/collage_zps00e64932.jpg.html

I'd really like to see 5:27:28, 5:28:54, and 5:29:12 larger, has anyone seen these full size? I feel like they'd give a better idea of what's going through his head in the "famous" one that comes right after that.

(BTW this is my first post, hi! :seeya:)

This Post bears repeating. Over and Over. This is what happened in a nutshell IMVHO

Thank You.

Is that the one where Durst was from the Ukraine or something and mentally challenged? And the dead guy's wife was charged with the murder? Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong case.

The main point is - your answer isn't what I was hoping to hear. :)
Thank you, though! There is so much cover-up evidence... I wish there was just one iron-clad item of proof/evidence of premeditation that cannot be disputed or explained alternatively.

Then again, I have absolute faith in JM - he's been superb from day one and I'm sure there will be a conviction. I just have a little nagging feeling in a very small space in my brain that keeps poking me on this. I generally have no problem laughing at it, but since it's there I figured I'd ask the best group I know for such a question!

Thanks again.

Are you thinking of our very own KCL? Her sister was murdered by two brothers from Germany for an insurance policy that was bought after they were married only a few weeks. Both brothers claimed that they were mentally retarded. Look in the threads of a few weeks ago and she posts about it.
