ITA. The diminished sensation in the legs would be consistent with the stab wound to the chest, puncturing the subclavian which supplies the lower half of the body and the hemothorax.
Wow didn't know that! Thats telling! She did have truths mixed into her lies!

This appears to be the only time the flash was used during the shower sequence--I wonder if her intent was to blind or disorient him a little before attacking him?

I would agree with you, but there's one other photo in the shower sequence where he's looking right at the camera. He looks startled in the shot. I think that's when he actually realized she was there. I wish I could post it, but I don't have it as an individual photo.

It is Florida that has the insane jurors. Very liberal state.

...it is turning. Tampa is a pretty strong liberal area. researching the demographics shows it to be a fact. However, it depends on other things also...like education, etc.. I don't think there were too many highly educated on that jury...for they couldn't grasp the concept of "Reasonable Doubt".

...the Scott Peterson trial was held in a very liberal area but the outcome was different. This was due to the education levels of the jurors. They understand legal terms and tend to be more logical. It is hard pressed out here to find many who sit on a jury, not on a professional level or possessing college degrees...many engineering types who are logical. I didn't find that jury in Tampa at all logical. The ones interviewed leaned towards being emotional...driving their verdict.

Do we know he did that and not her? I have been thinking she was the one who did all the laundering, not him. I very well could have missed testimony that points to him doing it.

I don't think we know for fact. However, no bleach stains on the sheets. If JA stripped the bed and washed the sheets then she would have to wait until the wash was done in order to throw the other stuff in the washer.

I was referring to the "Can't feel my legs" part. That would be consistent with the chest stab wound and the popped lung. He would not have been screaming IMO, as it takes more air to scream. I think he may have been gasping. ITA that it was JA screaming the obscenities. Fits with rage

He had to have been losing blood at an alarming rate.
The body will compensate by diverting blood flow to the vital organs only.
The legs are not needed to sustain life... Heart lungs and brain are so I too believe that statement was uttered.

If after being shot in the head he was still able to scream at her and chase her, why didn't he get the gun away from her and shot her? jmo

The Pain ...the sinuses ...Confusion...shock ...disoriented Then she started Stabbing frenzy

Bringing this forward to say Thank You GetSmart.
I need visuals to really understand the info to the fullest.
That gun is small, and now I realize how easily it could be concealed.

I don't believe the first 3. I think the 4th happened because he stripped his bed and had the sheets in the wash very soon there after.

How do we know he was the one who did that?

She was there a while after she killed him--potentially long enough to do one load and start another.

I did a rough calculation on this but has anyone here ever looked at the first ping of the cellphone, figured out how long to get there from Mesa, to see what time she left the house? My rough calculation says she was at his house for 2 to 3 hours after she killed him. But, someone should pin that down.

Just my opinion, however, the final catalyst may have been when he never went to CA to see her. I do believe Travis was trying to rid himself of her.

She just would not go away.

Yes, here's another one for the motive pile----the trip. She hadn't seen him for what? 6 weeks? That had to make her frantic that he was in Mesa unsupervised. And he hadn't missed her, obviously, because he didn't go up there to see her in all that time. Cancelled on her.

There she was in her itty bitty bedroom at grandma's house, just boiling.

So you're discounting forensic evidence and medical testimony in favor of blurry cloud like pixelation imaginary apparitions and words from a psychopathic murdering liar?

Call me confused.

Exactly! One of the main reasons I think she shot him last is that Jodi herself says she did it first.

There was no rope. Travis had no gun. He didn't break her finger nor did he masturbate to pics of little boys.

You are so right! I hadn't thought of that!

The master bedroom closet in my house .... The light comes on when I open the door and off when I close it. Mi BIL did it for us, I've never seen another like it. But the other walk ins.... Are dark !

Beyond the actual murder, of course, what makes me livid is the pedo claim.
NOTHING about the pedo claim goes to her SD claim. She simply added it to hurt Travis and his family after she already murdered him.
That's the worst kind of evil in my book.

I thought the bed sheets etc were found in the dryer? no?

LOL. Or standing up for what is right! I wish the Arizona girl who killed her baby or gave him away in San Antonio ( I think she killed him), the baby Gabriel case, anyway....I wish she had been tried in Texas. She got nothing for that! I think Arizona will get it right with JA. I sure do like JM. Just never want him after me! Ha.

I lived in Fl most of my life. You can't base your opinion on a state because of one case. I watched many people go to jail and death row in Fl. I saw many like a guy named Ted Bundy die in the electric chair. I blame the media more than I do the jury for CA being found not guilty. As a matter of fact most of those jurors thought she was guilty. Believe me CA is not roaming the streets and bars the way she use to. She will always have one eye open even when she's asleep. O.K back to our regularly scheduled program.

Arias testified it was her, so it was probably Travis. lol

I loved his "for lack of a better word you had this "conversion" and now you are telling the truth.

So a Jail House Conversion...I found a cell that matches the blouse she had on. Now she can be styling...

WHY DON'T PEOPLE THINK OF CELLS LIKE THIS BEFORE THEY COMMIT CRIMES! (this keeps me on the up and up alone)
