I'm thinking this was more likely, and if he did get angry while at the computer, this was why.

I have wondered the same thing. He might have been upstairs asleep. And she snuck inside and went to his office, and snooped around. He probably left his computer on and logged into somethings.

She may have been looking at the things she found in his HISTORY logs. So it looked like he was looking at you-tubes at 4am, but it might have been her, looking to see what he had been viewing.

So she messes around on his computer for awhile, then goes on into his bedroom, and gently sweetly awakens him. He might have been upset at first, but she could have said she was just passing through on her way to Ryans and she needed to sleep a bit AND she had a check for him and his CDs of photos to give him.

Why not, he probably thought. Poor guy.

Exactly! One of the main reasons I think she shot him last is that Jodi herself says she did it first.

This is so true! I find it hard to weigh each statement by her to see if I think it is true or not. But, really, she lies even when she doesn't have to, and I have to remind myself that anything and everything she says could be a lie: whether it was Monday or not, whether it was raining or not, everything. Must have been very difficult for LE when they realized they couldn't count on even the most mundane statement being true.

Beyond the actual murder, of course, what makes me livid is the pedo claim.
NOTHING about the pedo claim goes to her SD claim. She simply added it to hurt Travis and his family after she already murdered him.
That's the worst kind of evil in my book.

Well I think it was used to further the idea that he was a sexual deviant. My earlier impression from direct was that her story was that he became increasingly violent because she knew his secret, which ultimately led to her having to kill him in self defense.

Through cross that wasn't really touched upon by her or JM, and felt like it was solely due to a dropped camera.

I lived in Fl most of my life. You can't base your opinion on a state because of one case. I watched many people go to jail and death row in Fl. I saw many like a guy named Ted Bundy die in the electric chair. I blame the media more than I do the jury for CA being found not guilty. As a matter of fact most of those jurors thought she was guilty. Believe me CA is not roaming the streets and bars the way she use to. She will always have one eye open even when she's asleep. O.K back to our regularly scheduled program.

By the way, my daughter is double jointed and she can make her finger look like Arias' - she showed me today.

The forensics media guy - I thought he said they had digitally enhanced the pictures and that's why some were brighter (like this one). There is another exactly the same as this one and it's that same orangey color. Fwiw.

This one frame is a different (bluer) color than all the others, I tend to think it was a flash. It also looks like a light is reflected in both of his eyes. It's all speculation on my part, of course.

I wondered about that. Several people thought JA might be double jointed. I had a friend who could take her shoulder out of the socket and then pop her arm back in whenever she wanted, totally painless for her. This does look similar.

...it is turning. Tampa is a pretty strong liberal area. researching the demographics shows it to be a fact. However, it depends on other things also...like education, etc.. I don't think there were too many highly educated on that jury...for they couldn't grasp the concept of "Reasonable Doubt".

...the Scott Peterson trial was held in a very liberal area but the outcome was different. This was due to the education levels of the jurors. They understand legal terms and tend to be more logical. It is hard pressed out here to find many not on a professional level or possessing college degrees.

I guess it depends on the area. A friend just moved here from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and she said Florida was all very liberal. As for Casey's jury, they were just lazy and didn't try to do their jobs.

What about the OJ jury? IMO, They had no common sense.

The sheet had to be done earlier in the afternoon. There was just not enough time after the murder for both loads to be started.
IIRC, I think Juan even mentioned this on cross. I know Arias admitted SHE was the one to do it, and I think Juan asked her about when they were done.

I think the bleach was for the blood. There would be no blood on the sheets. Her concern would be hair, DNA. She'd have to wait, but she was there anyways it looks like. Even so, she may have used bleach on the sheets.

How do we know the bed even had sheets on it when she got there? Do any of the pictures on the bed show sheets?

They are lying on the comforter for the pics, IIRC.

She always uses too many details when she lies. I thought her description of taking a video of them having sex and then erasing the video was extremely suspicious in this regard. Why throw that in? Except to 'prove' you had sex.
