I have wondered the same thing. He might have been upstairs asleep. And she snuck inside and went to his office, and snooped around. He probably left his computer on and logged into somethings.

She may have been looking at the things she found in his HISTORY logs. So it looked like he was looking at you-tubes at 4am, but it might have been her, looking to see what he had been viewing.

So she messes around on his computer for awhile, then goes on into his bedroom, and gently sweetly awakens him. He might have been upset at first, but she could have said she was just passing through on her way to Ryans and she needed to sleep a bit AND she had a check for him and his CDs of photos to give him.

Why not, he probably thought. Poor guy.

I wondered about that. Several people thought JA might be double jointed. I had a friend who could take her shoulder out of the socket and then pop her arm back in whenever she wanted, totally painless for her. This does look similar.

You should see what my daughter can do with her elbows - enough to make you faint on the spot!

...it is turning. Tampa is a pretty strong liberal area. researching the demographics shows it to be a fact. However, it depends on other things also...like education, etc.. I don't think there were too many highly educated on that jury...for they couldn't grasp the concept of "Reasonable Doubt".

...the Scott Peterson trial was held in a very liberal area but the outcome was different. This was due to the education levels of the jurors. They understand legal terms and tend to be more logical. It is hard pressed out here to find many who sit on a jury,not on a professional level or possessing college degrees.

You don't have to be smart. You don't have to have an education. You don't even have to know what the concept of "reasonable doubt" is. All Linda was asking is that the jury use their common sense. They couldn't even do that. jmo

She says she broke up with Travis, so we can assume he dumped her.

She says she shot him first, so I bet she stabbed him before that happened.

She says he guilted her into coming to Mesa, so we can safely assume he had no idea she was coming over that night.

She said he was happy to see her and helped her bring in her luggage. So that means she snuck in with no warning and scared the chit out of him, imo.

I don't know what happened to her shoes, but I'm sure she didn't wear them and she burned her socks along with her other clothing. No shoes, no tread pattern to leave behind. If she was barefoot, she'd likely leave a footprint. Just a smidge more premeditation.

Beyond the actual murder, of course, what makes me livid is the pedo claim.
NOTHING about the pedo claim goes to her SD claim. She simply added it to hurt Travis and his family after she already murdered him.

The sheet had to be done earlier in the afternoon. There was just not enough time after the murder for both loads to be started.
IIRC, I think Juan even mentioned this on cross. I know Arias admitted SHE was the one to do it, and I think Juan asked her about when they were done.

I guess it depends on the area. A friend just moved here from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and she said Florida was all very liberal. As for Casey's jury, they were just lazy and didn't try to do their jobs.

What about the OJ jury? IMO, They had no common sense.

jmo and it may not be popular... The OJ jury simply didn't do their job. You cannot choose a foreperson and review 8+ months worth of evidence in 4 hrs.

I hope he does too, however I think he said that to imply she had time to keep running away. when she contemplated it as she stated. I've been going over many of the texts from April/May 2008... Travis was one angry fellow (for good reason, in my mind).

Then I read JA's long letter (written in mid-May, 2008 I believe) - WOW... it is chilling. More on that later if I don't get sidetracked.

One little potential discovery I made was in an IM/chat exchange between JA and Ryan Burns. JA describes confronting Travis about cheating, even though they were no longer bf/gf. Telling Ryan she read emails and/or when through Travis' phone - who assured her he had no interest in (whomever).
