I sowed a few wild oats myself in my 30's when I got divorced. I was pretty naive and I thought if a guy wanted me that meant I was special. Until I saw some of the other women they were with. I realized that many men (not all, obviously) would do it with anyone who was willing. As a friend of mine put it so crudely, a stiff d*ck has no conscious. Or standards apparently.

Question for those who think they didn't have sex on 6/4 - (and think that Travis refused sex with her that day) -

why do you think he would lay down on the bed completely naked with her there if he was not going to and/or did not want to have sex with her?

I don't know for sure - it's really a puzzle, but it could be that Travis was originally sleeping and then barely awake when Jodi started taking pictures of him - I was trying to read the timestamps on the pictures of Jodi, thinking perhaps she took those of herself with a timer.

Okay, I'm not a guy, but okay...trying to think of a delicate way to say this lol

What if Travis was working out, got overheated, took a quick shower and then decided to lay down in bed nude to cool off/air out (does he have a ceiling fan above his bed?) :blushing: and fell asleep. Then she sneaks into his house, on her way up to his room she sees the camera and grabs it, then sneaks into his room and sits in that big chair next to his bed. Next thing he knows she tosses the ky on the bed and starts taking pictures. To me his hand kind of looks like he put it up like "WTF are you doing?" Of course I can't remember if the naked pictures of her were taken before or after so...if the pics of her were taken before the ones of him...um...just kidding?

yes.. and i think he was asleep all morning as he indicated early hours to a roommate he only got 45 min. sleep the night before.. so i think he went to bed. Jodi woke him up.. maybe even close to 1:15pm

Totally off topic, but I was thinking about JA's long pants in the photo . Wouldn't Arizona be too hot in June to wear long pants? Could this be considered as part of the pre meditation part?

In the vein of "a grain of truth to every liar's story" I think SHE was dressed as she described the"Ninjas". I think she came prepared with a murder "costume change" and as he got in the shower, she put it on. I doubt she had a mask as she wanted him to have to see her face as she enjoyed stealing the very breath from his body.

That's kind of the "charming" point about the reason this case happened in the first place. If a "hot" girl shows up at your house and you #@*&
her even though you know she's a psycho and have told other people she will kill you -- well, ya just kinda had to see (and did, in fact) see this coming. That's why I'm not worried about the DP. She's not threat to just any random person on the street.

Travis was just a random person on the street the day he met her. Remember?

My speculation would be she stopped to visit someone who smokes. I believe the evidence was long gone back in AZ/NV/UT.

The problem here is that we aren't sociopaths!! I can picture Miss Evil right now...sneaking in to TA's room, taking pictures, waking him up. She probably tried to blackmail right to his face before he got in the shower. I seriously think she is soooooo twisted that she would relish in making TA think that she would be using these pictures to slaughter his character right after she slaughters him. Of course, she wouldn't be able to do that without implicating herself, so she deletes them after she kills him...but not before enjoying her work with pride by viewing them one last time. Seriously folks we are dealing with someone who is beyond heinous. I still think she is proud to have killed this big MMA/UFC fan all by her little meek self. She sickens me.

I can't decide if they had sex that day or not and because JA's the liar she is means they probably didn't have sex. Having said that, one of the pics has what could be a part of a knee or leg or even something non-human. Or it could be the "I see a kitty" kinda thing.

And...
I so strongly disagree with the earlier subtle "suggestion" that Travis just HAD to have sex with her and deserved what he got. I mean, seriously!

Those two pics of him on the bed--is it possible his feet are restrained? Don't ask me why I thought that but it just looks like a strange position to me. You cannot see his ankles in the pictures.

Me too! Even I know how to take the camera memory card out and replace it with a new one if necessary, and I'm new to digital cameras, plus I'm not even a "photographer".

I was wondering if the great photographer didn't even realize there was a memory card in there.

I don't understand is why she didn't just take the memory card with her. That would be easy to hide or get rid of and nobody would even know it was missing.

I think the camera was covered in blood, so eventaking the memory card wouldn't be enough. Also, there could be the first few photos on a new camera that don't use the memory card and stay on the drive. As much as she liked to embellish her photography "business" I don't think she was all that that knowledgable about the camera.

I concur! That film is heartbreaking. The legal system failed every damn step of the way.
