I think she wanted to lure him into the shower so she could kill him and wash blood/dna from him and taking pictures was an excuse. ("We already have naked pictures. But not on YOURR camera") She could have told him let's use your camera so that the pics are yours. In her 48 hours interview she said: " they came to kill him, they didn't take anything". Which could explain her not taking the camera so that it seems like a murder hit and not a burglary gone wrong. Because if it's not a murder hit, a personal vendetta, against Travis and just a burglary gone wrong, they'd kill Jodi too.

Thank you! I have said it a hundred times. She told Det. Flores in one interview or another, "we'll, nothing was MISSING, as far as I KNOW". She never intended to take Travis camera, knowing that it would be considered a missing item.

Or when he saw her with the cam he was trying to cover his privates because the hand looks like it is blurred like higher speed motion-camera couldn't focus on the speed. That high quality of camera can generally capture in motion but if he was moving VERY quickly to cover up, it could look like that.

That photo appears blurred because that was one of the photos where the original image was not recoverable and only the thumbnail remained, rendering them "blurry" when blown up. That particular photo bears a notation "Unallocated Clusters."

when i think of PTSD i associate it with soliders coming home from war after witnessing those honorific events you know things that stay with you for the rest of your life,not being supposedly beaten with a wooden spoon or travis's imaginary abuse.

I don't think defense will spend more than two or three days with Jodi.
I mean, they can't REPEAT everything she said under direct again.
Plus by now it's obvious she's a liar. I think they'll want to move on to the experts that will testify Jodi was abused by Travis, quickly.

I actually think Nurmi will want to get redirect done quickly, just attempt to fix what Juan uncovered. He'll get it done sometime today and then start the direct with the PAID DV expert. I believe this will be much more maddening than JA on direct.

I'm very interested to see how Nurmi handles redirect today. Not looking forward to his drone, though.

As I was trying the fall asleep last night, I was thinking about the camera ending up in the hallway. I have a hard time believing that it ended up there because of the struggle. I haven't fully thought this through, but I'm thinking this may be evidence that her first assault on Travis was not in the shower. Could it be that Travis got out of the shower, dried off and then started to walk down the hall towards his bedroom with Jodi following him, camera in hand. She drops the camera in the hallway and begins her assault. That's as far as I got with it, and I'm sure there are flaws in my thinking.

Looking forward to listening to last night's radio show! Sounds like it was a good one.

Hello everyone!

My computer wasn't ok during the weekend. Used a little laptop which is ancient. I've gotten back my good computer just now. Whew! Don't want to miss a minute of this trial. Even if it goes on till the first week of April that is only about 16 days of actual trial days. Not many!

The smoke smell in the car was noted at the time she rented it, not when she brought it back. I know the rental guy was not clear on this in his testimony, but it's clear on the rental contract receipt.

But it was listed in the part which listed amount of miles going out and miles back in.

That's kind of the "charming" point about the reason this case happened in the first place. If a "hot" girl shows up at your house and you #@*&
her even though you know she's a psycho and have told other people she will kill you -- well, ya just kinda had to see (and did, in fact) see this coming. That's why I'm not worried about the DP. She's not threat to just any random person on the street.

I thought the smoke smell shown on the receipt was a check list from when she picked up the car. I recall having to check the car and make a list of anything that I noticed wrong with it before I drove off. From what I noticed, it wasn't the actual turning in receipt as she brought the car back one or two days later than what is was originally reserved for. But I could be wrong.

Kind of dreading today, I hope Nurmi makes it short and sweet. But with just enough BS to make rebuttal look awesome!
