This is horrible. Wouldn't this be what is considered a hostile witness ? At this rate this trial won't get anywhere.

I can't believe this woman and her ability to stonewall. Too bad someone in the courtroom just can't say it's over , your guilty in the worst way, and take her away forever, never to be heard from again.

Has anyone seen this before, she will never answer a question.

I notice that her demeanor is quite different than it was last week. I'm sure she got a reprimand from her lawyers about being too cocky and argumentative. But if JM keeps up his line of questioning, something is going to happen over the next few days! She got used to Nurmi's soft questions and is getting very confused by JM.

Calling her out on how detailed her memory was on direct all the way down to the clothes the woman had on on table 4 that she was serving chicken enchiladas, no sour cream but guacamole on the side and spicy salsa,with an iced tea with lemon only on Thursday night because it was specials night for women. Oh yeah it was warm that evening and I knew it was Thursday because I put on my Thursday socks.

But I may need to change that story to Friday. hmmmm
