IMO the morning session went very well for the prosecution but the afternoon was kind of a mess. He did make his points and prove her again as a liar but got caught up with her evasiveness and her attempt to act confused when he asks a question. I just hope the jury is following along. I kind of wish he had left anything prior to her being an adult out and stuck with the big ticket stuff.

If I hear "that was one of the reasons" or "that's not the only reason why" from her again....I will rip out my hair!! Ugh everything is complicated to this broad

Even if Jodi was just a teen back then, even teens - normal teens - know that when someone hangs up on you, it means they don't want to talk to you. For me, the point is even back then she had a stalker's mentality.

He can't rehabilitate the lack of corroboration of any physical abuse in her private journals.

I think he was throwing that out there with his eye on the clock. He has bigger strategies, but they take too much time to develop, so he showed a bit of stalking and teenager behavior (that we know continued) as just a parting note.

I just don't want JM to give them so much testimony for them to attempt to rehabilitate her on, that this thing goes on forever and everyone is completely befuddled by then.
He needs to keep the main event in the forefront every day, imo. Listen to me, he is the experienced Prosecutor.
But, come on, give the jury some credit, they can spot a liar, I don't think they need to be beaten over the head with it. jmo and always jmo

The woman is trolling Juan with her "of course not" answers. He needs to stop falling for the bait. It's taking up too much time. And he needs to put more focus on Matt and the secret code.
