Again, from a juror's perspective... did Travis own a gun or no? Just because one of his "friends" will testify he didn't, doesn't mean he didn't.

The sad thing is Travis is not here to confirm this.

There was NO ammunition for that .25 found in his home. No registration papers, no other evidence of the gun being there.

Since it's all about trash and bash Travis, of course the gun would have to be illegally obtained so he probably just bummed a loaded gun off the street from some and had it lying around in his walk in closet. Again the .25 is a little bitty gun, not a gun a guy would buy. Chris Hall was in Travis' home the week before murder and will testify that Travis didn't have a gun.

Jodi herself hasn't been in the home since April of 08 so she wouldn't have known if he had bought a gun within a week.

Jane Velez is so dumb. Honestly. HLN Talking Heads are saying the jury is more likely to believe a video of Travis shooting a gun = Travis owning a gun. They are saying the video will likely convince jurors and people that Travis used a gun, therefor he owns a gun.

My mother passed very unexpectedly in her sleep. I went up to wake her up at 5:30 a.m., she said she was getting up, she didn't get up by 6:30 (highly unusual), I went up to wake her up again and she had passed. She didn't answer my screams, I raced over to her and knew immediately that she had passed, though she was still warm. I suppose it really depends of the person that is experiencing it at the time.

Worst. Day. Ever. of My. Entire. Life.

I miss her every single moment of every single day and she's been gone for 3 years.
