Through her dispicable words and lies she's taking a metaphorical knife and stabbing them in their hearts and souls, twisting it and hoping to torture them. Her evil knows no end. The judge looks annoyed. I wonder if she's thinking about retirement after this case. This has to be one of the most annoying ones thanks to Jodi.

There is so much to this story I am still trying to put the facts together!

Actually, the story is fairly simple. Jodi and Travis dated for a short time. She became obsessed with him. They broke up and he continued to stalk him. She premeditated that if she couldn't have him, no one could. So, she murdered him in cold blood.

She first told the story that she wasn't there. Then, when she talked to Det. Flores, she discovered that there was no way he would believe her. So, she made up a second story about 2 people coming in and murdering him and she got away.

No one bought that story, so finally she decided to admit to killing him. But, if she had premeditated his murder, she could get the death penalty. So, she had to lie to say that something HE did MADE her murder him. She decided to lie and say that he was abusive, which he wasn't.

She is guilty of first degree, premeditated murder and deserves the death penalty.

Pretty simple to me!

Can the Prosecution do a rebuttal after redirect? I don't want to watch redirect, it'll probably take another 9 days. But at least the jury will see how quickly her flawless memory returns
