I find it very underhanded that Nurmi just intimated the prosecution was somehow unethical. Objecting on grounds he wanted to see the original to see what had been removed.

Then a slippery 'May we approach?' so the issue (or non) gets dealt with at sidebar and the jurors are left to wonder.

too many 'may we approach'-es. i've never seen a judge agree to sidebars just any time they're asked for. nurmi gets every one he asks for.
