I am a court reporter and I am getting nervous listening to this testimony.

I think Juan is just going a little too overboard with all the banter because he is getting confsed himself because she keeps changing her story. Nobody can win an argument with her because she changes it all the time.

I just think he is losing the jury with too much of this.
