Am I the only that caught the little exchange of the mugshot!?

When the prosecutor asks Jodi; "how would you know Travis would be smiling in his mugshot?" after she said he was a happy individual or something along those lines. She then replied cause "that's how I knew him" so she knew him as a happy fellow? Not an abusive monster?
