I've been waiting for Karma to get Casey Anthony for years after they let her walk!!.

With all Travis' friends and the outrage over this slaughter, and the accusations she has hurled his way, I'm sure karma would find JA much, much sooner than CA. In fact I think it would be minutes or seconds.

TA's Journals: How would they introduce those into evidence? They need to authenticated like JA's were, don't they? She had to look at her journal and say 'yes, I wrote that'. How do they authenticate TA's in order to introduce them into evidence? (if either side planned on doing it)

I would love to see his journals too. I wonder if he wrote about JA's stalking behaviour?

I am watching IS right now. All that has been said is that the attorneys are in chambers with the judge.

I can't help but think if Juan calls Matt, its because they are sure of what he will say. Maybe they put the fear of God in him (you know that other witness that may be called) and he knows the penalty if they can prove he is lying.

Just MOO but there is no way JM is going to deal at this late stage in the game, especially after he's done so well showing her to be completely untrustworthy. JA may be stomping and crying because she doesn't get what she wants but there is no way JM is going to deal now.

Kind of a contrast between Mr. Martinez who's been prepping for this case for almost five years, whereas these experts prepped this morning by getting makeup and hair done to comment on trials for money.
