I would agree however, recall Tot Mom, Casey Anthony? Walkin' around and free as a bird for killing her daughter. I know she has had some repercussions but NOTHING compared to what she deserves.

If they need to discuss something before cross they really ought to do it earlier in the morning. It's not very polite to keep the jury and we, the people who want justice for Travis, waiting.

Most of the delays over the last few years were a result of the defense... shocking, right? Throwing out potential "strategies" like the forged letters and so on. ALL about trying to put the family through pain and stall the process. It's disgusting. All about the defendant, whatever our system can do for the accused. :steamed:
