Run a poll here - most posters here are frustrated/irritated by her passive aggressive responses and demeanor. I doubt most jurors would be counter to that.

If anything, they're sitting there getting irritated because she is wasting THEIR time!

I totally disagree that feeling of entitlement, disrespect, paranoia that encourage email hacking is typical teenage. In fact *most* normal teenagers sense fear of breaking the rules, fear gettin into trouble and are often too naive to develop a hefty sense of paranoia like Jodi exhibited. And most teens do not live with their boyfriend. Nothing she did was *normal* for a teen.

I didn't dabble in snooping until I was married. I would have never ever felt that sense of defiant enitlement at the age of 17.

Juan is establishing her:

1) keen sense of entitlement when it suits her
2) deceptiveness when it suited her
3) confidence to confront men - confrontational with no fear
4) deciveness in getting out of relationships
5) inability to STAY out of touch with her ex's - she actually needs constant feedback and reassurances that if she wanted to, she could still reel them back in
6) double standard that she felt entitled to confront men on their private lives, but if men do the same, she labels it as abusive

No matter what else Juan is able to show...he already HAS shown that this woman is a much more defiant and evil woman than the average woman and that this is the type of woman who would be very capable of committing a cold blooded murder.

ITA. I can already hear the devil's advocates saying he's distracted and off point and he isn't getting to her.... I would beg to differ. If this isn't exposing her for the wicked witch that she is, I'd love to know what more folks are waiting for. And he is debunking her lies.
