Martinez is so circuitous in his questioning that HE doesn't even remember what he said -- has to have Mike the court reporter remind him of what he said.

I can't believe how much time he wasted chasing JA with this questioning about why he sometimes "scrambles her brain." He's scrambling his own brain, and mine.

I think it's a strategy to have the court reporter read it back. I think every time she doesn't remember the question, he should refer to Mike. Show the court how much time she is waisting playing this game. JMO

It doesn't matter if this is a death penalty case. The Judge is allowing the murderer (by her OWN admission) to disrespect the prosecutor. AND the judge allowed her to trash Travis Alexander.

So I fault the judge for this. She knows Jodi is insane.

I do agree. What is this, the 12th day she's on the stand? The rest of cross and re-direct to come. There was no foundation for 80% of direct. I'd like a legitimate answer as to why the Judge is allowing this. It's all gone too far.
