I wish someone would explain to Arias that this isn't a game--she's not winning a damn thing with her combative, smart-a$$, gleeful smirking attitude. Not one damn thing.

The "best case scenerio" for this psycho is LWOP. Why is she smirking?

ITA. I don't care if she's a psychopath or she's uncomfortable on the stand with the big bad prosecutor's questioning... her demeanor is completely inappropriate. Same goes for her lawyers, especially Nurmi as of late. And on occasion her mother and aunt smirking during testimony.

How disrespectful to an American courtroom and for a death penalty case. The Judge needs to take some control of her courtroom.

I would love to be a fly on the wall when Jodi and her atty's are discussing the defence strategy and testimony. She is so obstinate and CONTROLLING, I have a feeling she directed and continues to direct her defense team in exactly how her defense, direct, should go and flow. We already know that she confronted, "sorry jodi for the word choice", Matt about him contradicting what she told her attorneys. I have a feeling that Jodi is running the defense team and really believes she can outwit them as well as Martinez. I think at this point she is most likely disregarding most of any advice they are giving her. I am sure she is pissed at them when things are not going her way, she blames everyone for anything.

She named God as another witness to the killing of Travis Alexander.

When JM asked whether God could be subpoenaed, she responded, "I don't think so."

I think the jury should allow her to attempt to swiftly serve that subpoena -- in person.

If I was the jury I would be OVER Arias. She cannot say yes. She cannot say no. Even to simple questions.
