Right you are. I don't think KC enjoyed the actual process of murdering Caylee. She just wanted to get rid of her (for several reasons). Jodi is serial-killer-ish. She enjoyed thinking about the murder, the actual event, she wanted photos of it and relished/relishes reliving it.

Completely agreed Rose. For Casey killing Caylee was an ends to a means. I agree that with Jodi she seemed to derive pleasure in the actual killing. And since she has exhibited repeated stalker like behavior I believe that she would also kill again, if given the chance.

NURMI is definitely giving Jodi signals--he was yesterday as well. She is also looking at him frequently. I guess it was Lurch's idea to have her smirk and play mind games today--and it was a bad one. It makes us all hate thier psycho client even more.

I agree. I saw him hold a piece of paper up momentarily and then turn it over and put it down. He had not been looking at the paper before or after the turn. He's signalling her and Juan can't see it. It upsets me that the judge isn't seeing it. I'm very unimpressed with this judge!

I believe that justice for Travis Alexander is worth fighting for. I also believe comparing him to marbles is offensive. My opinion only.

Juan, may take it a bit far, but look what he is bringing out of her. The jury is seeing someone who is disingenuous, combative and deliberately noncooperative. She will often take 2 or 3 minutes to ultimately grant him the point. Does she look like a beaten down abused woman to anyone?

Yes. I think this is why JM is going a little soft today and letting her THINK she is in control. The jury gets to see who she really is.
