Jodi is a master at this game. Juan needs to switch tactics more often to keep her off balance. It is beginning to seem that Jodi is actually taking control. I know, I know, Juan knows what he's doing, but so does Jodi. JMO

Jodi may know what she's doing and may appear to be winning the fight against Juan but she is doing so at the cost of her own likability factor with the jury.

She is shooting her left foot. By being a major b**ch to Juan she is losing her connection as likable with the jury- if ever such a connection ever existed.
