As irritating as it may be...if one is pro-prosecution it's better that they aren't.

Personally I think it's a ploy by the whole team, Jodi included, to make it seem as though the State's claims are as inconsequential as possible.

Too true about it being pro-prosecution! I hope the jury sees it as 'full of crap' and throws them a toblerone at the guilty verdict.

It does break my heart for TA family. That poor man, having his good name drug through the mud, his life taken away too soon. And they sit there through all the outrageous lies with so much strength and grace. It just feels like the least the DT can do is show some decorum.

that's been the defense's position. every time TA showed anger, they described it as violent.
