OK, I was wrong a few days ago when I said Jodi would have a medical issue by day 2... it's day 3... and now she has migraines due to not being fed her lunch.

So that's why we are all going home? Jodi needs her baloney sammich? :banghead:

I always assumed Nurmi was supposed to feed her. Took him what almost 2 months to realize she wasn't? He's so attentive!

I hope it's nothing good to eat at all!

migraines --hahaha - I bet she's tried to get out of court - not for a headache, Jodi.
For the record, I have severe migraine - bad enough to cause me to get blind spots.
I went to work for years with one at least once a week.

I can read lips fairly well (I have a hearing impaired son, and picked it up unintentionally) but hardly catch a word from sidebars. The lawyers have their back to the camera, and judge puts her head down so you can't see her mouth.

The families must know they can be seen - they cover their mouths when they chat, or keep heads down. Once in a while I catch a word or two, but nothing important. They all seem well aware of the cameras.

I spoke with *someone in the know* and he said that due to all of the media (high powered lenses and mics) that the d.t. is VERY careful. They must've said something to FOJ's, too, because they all cover their mouths when they whisper (unless it's calling something out in court) and write notes to each other.

My bet is she won't show up tomorrow. That was my prediction for today, I was just a day late.

This isn't going to be popular, but I do agree that she should get a sandwich or something each day. Nurmi made it sound like she hasn't had any lunch for the whole trial.

But, why bring it up this late in the trial?
