Jodi's photography skills are mediocre. I think it'd be good to point that out to her.

She took so few pics of Travis alone, seemed to always take them together, and then that last day she took lots of pics without her in them. No pics of them together except her foot in the dragging pic. I don't get it. Why?

The shower pics, however, are not just bad photography. No, she had a hidden agenda and a camera. She took those pics as either a ploy to get him where he'd be off guard or maybe he didn't know she had come back and hid to take them.

Jodi is so twisted sneaky that I can't think like her. Still haven't heard anything about her own camera she took into his house and left with pics on it, but I bet she has other pics.

Yeah, as I was taking my Excedrin migraine (as many as I like, because I can) and then my hot shower and snuggled up in my feather bed trying to fight off my migraine earlier I thought the same thing. I'd rather DIE than sit in jail and live her crappy life.

I have no doubts about it all. Someone could provide her with food. If it's this strick she has a 2600 calorie diet to choose from to bring something along with her to court (Elizabeth Johnson did) or buy food at the jail if she has money in her account. She could easily have food unless they are trying to point fingers towards prison care in AZ.

I always imagined Casey A eating leftovers from her defense team or they smuggled food to her. It was stated many times how CA had to go back to the cell at the court and she ate the food from there.

2600 calorie diet is a lot. imo to sit in court & sleep at jail. Mentally staining, I still think it's a lot.

Good question!

My theory is that it was getting too hot for the defence. But I also think this is something they have held in reserve, from a large repertoire for stonewalling the prosecution. So they pulled that one or two (lunch and migraine) out of their hats now.

I also think they have other complaints that speak to her 'victimisation' held in readiness when they want to manipulate the process. The migraine thing, though, is a worry. What's to stop them from using it whenever?

Exactly. JA is a prison in the Arizona jail system and they are responsible for feeding her. Anything that she is given by anybody without the approval of the jail is contraband.

Just give her a bag lunch with some no-name mock bologna and get on with it.

When I was a guard we called the meat in the sammiches "skin graft".

I have no doubt in my mind that jodi introduced travis to anal sex. with her history of anal sex and her constant bending of truth i can see her telling travis although the mormon faith says no sex before marriage it doesn't say anal sex travis, it doesn't say bj's does it travis. sadly he let her use word games and manipulation to gain control over him. she is disgusting and i hope they give her the needle. I would imagine TA was stronger than JA even though he was slightly taller. He was into MMA and had a punching bag and bragged about the size of his biceps and looked like he weighed more than she did. He looked rather pudgy in his Eddie Snell video. The height comparison was lost on me.

IMO the height comparison might have had something to do with the downward angle of the gunshot.

Today I started to think the prosecutor is going way too far with arguing with her over every little lie. I think the jury knows she's a liar by now and it doesn't really matter what she says. She doesn't legally have to say anything. And she in no way said anything that supports self defense. But... The prosecutor needs to prove premeditation. Why don't he focus on how the gun got there...when/why she colored her hair....where did she park her car since the roommates didn't see it there....did she take the plates off her car. Come on now! Enough of the anal sex! Today felt like a waste of time and a rerun of yesterday!

IMO, he's not only showing she lies, but more importantly that she lies about TA being a pedophile and a violent man.

I agree, it is not even recommended by any Health Agency to have less than 3 meals a day. In California Prisons it is 3 meals a day (approx same total calories as AZ) And if a Prisoner rises up in the ranks a bit, works in the Prison, good behavior, then their food quality can go up to be taco's hamburgers enchiladas.. etc. Otherwise its the typical sandwich, eggs, potatoes, cereal. Mass tons of food through the Calif prisons as it is the second largest prison system in the world 2nd only to China...

IF (and I don't believe for a nanosecond that she was) she was taking these photos as "tasteful beauty shots", they sure do SUUUK.

They're blurry, some out of focus, have no adjustment for light...

Without question she was the one "clicking" and without question these were NOT "tasteful" supposedly artistic shots. She didn't even get the light right.

Jail is different from prison; there is still a presumption of innocence for those who have not admitted to or yet been convicted of a crime.

I'm an appellate attorney and I can tell you that trial attorneys almost always call me way too late.

I have a friend that last year had to do 9 months in Federal Prison. Not camp cupcake. This one is located in Philadelphia ....she missed many many meals because there was a buffet line and not enough good. At one point being so hungry she had to literally fight to get in the front part of the line. Ended up with 5 stitches, but she didn't care because atleast she ate.

She also had no sheets or blanket for the first month there. It was really cold. The toilets frequently back up into the cells.


All of that for lying to the FBI for her boyfriend.....
