OK, I am doing a 2:15 am review.........so bear with me. When I saw this for sometime before....which didn't have this entire photo on WS previously......I thought this was next to a ........what do you call it........ the board on the wall at the bottom of the floor and up......

Now, looking at it. It looks like the divider that lines either my sliding door to my closet, or the divider to my showers metal thingy.......in other words, I don't think it is the board on the wall to floor vertical....it is ON THE FLOOR horizontal. Does that make sense? therefore, all my trying to judge sizes were off it it was just a 1-2" piece flat to floor, vs. a 4" up down things that is on everyone's walls to the floor.

It looks like a baseboard to me but I'm trying to figure out where. It almost looks like it has to be in the bathroom because the wall and the floor are such similar colors and seeing the scene photos, the bathroom walls were a dark faux brown and the tile was a dark brown but I've also seen pics of what appears to be stained concrete in his house like I have in my own so who the heck knows.

Also, in the second pic down by his toes, I don't know if that's just color distortion in the pic or could it possibly be blood down the front lip of the shower meaning at some point she had to have drug him out of said shower stall already bleeding??? :waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

I do think the foot looks distorted though because she is stepping down when the picture is taken.

that filter did a good job of making it look like a foot in an x ray. jmo

That might make sense, but on the "other side" of where he is being dragged/shoe is either carpeted or has that faux finish of his walls?

I have to admit that I haven't taken a close look at any of the evidence photos because I get yucked out easily seeing blood. Things like that stay with me and I already feel horrible enough about what happened to Travis and I never even knew the poor guy. But when I was looking at the pic you posted I wondered what the textured "wall" was too. He didn't, by chance, have a shower door that was textured? In my parents old house they had a shower door from the 70's that was textured so you couldn't really see through it. Kinda a swirly/bumpy pattern to the glass if that makes any sense.

Yeah it's kind of weird. Now I wonder if she was wearing socks and not shoes. I think it would kind of make sense because she'd just have to dispose of socks and not shoes too, but I sure wouldn't want to attack someone with a knife while only wearing socks. Okay so I wouldn't want to attack someone with a knife either way but...yeah....I don't know.

She is kinda turned towards the jury an looking to her left at Juan.
About 1:30min you can see her Left eye looking straight ahead and her Right is
aimed at her nose.

Stepping down, yes. It looks like you can see the edge of the boot toe up in the air [it looks like boots to me].

To the right of the picture you can see the edge of a door, and at the top right that bumper thingy that goes on the back of a door so it won't bang into a wall. That's on the threshold of the bathroom. That door is right next to the shower.

I'm sorry, but if Jodi is very intelligent, then she's a virgin too. Though I'm sure she will tell you she is both if she thinks that is what you want to hear.

She's not intelligent. She's stubborn as a stick, and she's cunning. That isn't intelligence. Sociopaths can be quite smart, and often they are brilliantly good at figuring out what people want to hear, then telling them that. I don't particularly see examples that she has a lot of talent in that area, even.

Sociopaths/psychopaths, in general, have huge blind spots. They don't have a long term plan, they do what they feel the urge to do in the moment. Some folks would find her fun and exciting to be around. She probably can be charming as all get out if she thinks she can schmooze her way into something good. She's got not one shred of personal integrity, so she'll do/say anything she thinks will help her. That still isn't intelligence.

Someone said that if you offer a psychopath the choice of $0.25 today or $5.00 tomorrow, they will take the quarter today. Every. Single. Time. Look at her. She murders a man simply because she is enraged that he is moving on, leaving her behind. She's not angry because she is so attached to him. She's angry because she has to win. And if he dumps her, she isn't the winner. So in a fit of spite, she kills a person. Not well planned. She can't think that far ahead. She can't recognize how everything she says lacks that resonance of truth. Everything points back to her. Within days she is locked up. And the best she can come up with is a story about bloodthirsty Arizona ninjas. A creative 5th grader can come up with a more plausible explanation.

Intelligence is the ability to adapt to changing situations. To learn from previous experience what does and doesn't work. On trial for her very life, she is unable to adapt to the way in which she has been cross examined. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Martinez is a hell of a prosecutor, and I certainly wouldn't want to go up against him in any situation. But she has had three years to do NOTHING but prepare for this. And she's killing herself because she can't stand to "lose" an argument. She has to try to look like the smartest person in the room, even though it's completely against her best interests in the long run. Sorry, no intelligence shining through there.

It can't be the baseboard cause the white verticle thing on the right looks like a door that swings over it in the origional pic. Looks more like a carpet/tile divider to me..

My opinion is it was premeditated, for the reasons that you stated and more. Look at how close she was to getting away with it. No one saw her. Nothing to put her at his house. I doubt he knew she was coming, so he would not have told anyone. No receipts, no cell towers pinging, --how would you prove it was her?

Just an act of God--snapping pictures, a camera carelessly left behind, a palm print and her blood deposited on one wall.

I also don't know if any one mentioned this but I was thinking about the supposed choking incident where JA had to wear make- up on her neck (yeah right) and didn't catch the date. I'm wondering because she takes so many pics and has so many taken of herself that I'm wondering if there are any around that time which could disprove that allegation?

I thought it was funny in one of the first interrogations with Flores she commented that she wasn't a murderer but if she were she would know enough to wear gloves. Then why didn't she? Was that one of the things she didn't think through until she was busted?

But, a lack of pictures is just as much evidence to my mind. The professional photographer [Jodi] who photographs every orifice of her body, doesn't bother to photograph choke marks on her neck?

Planned. Not well planned. Srsly, ninjas did it? She can't see past that moment of gory glory where she gets her ultimate way. It is like she is running a script through her head. Vengeance, vengeance, I'll show Travis who he's dealing with...... but no understanding of how to not be caught afterward.

I don't know. People who can do such things, I think they give up their claim on humanity. I can say she probably has not had a happy life, but she really is a freak of nature. Looks like a human, but she's not. I feel bad for the person she could have been, if she was a human. Jodi herself? No, vicious little monster.

Makes the vicious monster part of me think, "Oh, you don't feel any pain from your conscience? Well then, lets see what kind of pain you DO feel."
