I believe Jodi is very intelligent and has been waiting for this for over 4 years.

Juan is making me laugh because he is getting rattled and she is so passive-agressive.

I dont think she is that intelligent at all. In fact, I think she is failing miserably at her foolish attempts to try to be "witty" and "sarcastic" on the stand. I think the jury has her number and everything Jodi is doing is just putting another nail in her guilty verdict.

I agree completely that the lunch issue was a delaying tactic to give JA a chance to prepare a new lie for something the prosecutor is going to bring up. However, is it really worth saving the cost of a bite to eat if it would just end this mess a little earlier?

Come on Sheriff Joe, give the evil one a couple crackers. You can take it out of her future meals. Hell, if it will stop these delaying tactics buy her a loaf of bread and some peanut butter. You can send me the bill – on one condition – she has to stop delaying and finish on the stand before the food is gone.

But wouldn't it be a treat if JM could get away with opening up his cross in the morning with a soft, soothing voice and say the following: "Good Morning Miss Arias. I trust you had a relaxing night's sleep and a nice, well rounded breakfast this morning. I'm wondering if there isn't also a vending machine she could buy extra food at. In NG's interview, it seemed the commissary list was quite extensive.
I'm glad it won't be an issue any longer, but wonder at the timing of this particular gripe.

5:45 p.m. ET: Judge Stephens has recessed court for the evening. The jury has been sent home. Defense attorney Nurmi is telling the judge that Arias has not been given any lunches during the trial. He also said Arias is suffering from a migrane. Judge Stephens said the Sheriff's office has agreed to provide Arias lunch, and she will check on the issue.

It has always bothered me: if JA premeditated, why did she choose to have sex with TA and photograph them both just before she killed him since that could end up incriminating her? Today it occurred to me that she may have planned it to be a murder-suicide, a way to bond them together forever in death so of course she would want to have sex with him one last time and memorialize it so everyone would finally know the true nature of their relationship (something he always hid from the world). The problem occurred when it was so difficult to kill Travis, and the cut to her hand probably "stung" (like the supposed razor cut in prison) and she couldn't go through with the suicide. Then she realized she had to try to get rid of the pictures.... etc. Doesn't explain the gas cans though!

I just have a hard time believing that she ever considered suicide. If so, she wouldn't have set up all of the alibis and switched the license plates etc.

I think her original plan was to skulk into his home, kill him quickly, and bounce. Then she could use her Utah trip as her alibi. But she found him wide awake downstairs, and that probably surprised her. And so she somehow convinced him to let her sleep for awhile, before she hit the road. And she told him she had his CD full of pictures in her car. Also, she saw that one of the roommates was home.

This threw off her timeline and it made her reevaluate things. Maybe he wanted her back, she thought, delusionally. So she worked her sexual magic on him, pulled out all the stops, thinking he would fall for it. But when they woke up the next day, he probably said the 'wrong' things.

He probably told her she'd better get on the road, he had things to do, see ya around, take care. That sealed his fate. JMO
