There's no point in taking the pictures if he didn't know she was taking them. She used flash in some which he would have seen. People don't turn to face the back of the shower (the photo of his back). They either face the shower head or have their back to it, but they don't stand facing the wall opposite the doors.

Your version makes a better story, but everything about those photos says to me that he knew she was taking them.

I'm not sure she was planning a murder-suicide. I think she was stalking him again in the shower. She's said he didn't want shower pix taken, too private. I think the fear shot shows he didn't know she was there prior to that. He figured she left and was relaxing when she ambushed him. She could've been taking the pictures for souvenirs or blackmail...

My daughter is in college and has a law class. Her Proffesor showed a clip of the trial. He was explaining something about the trial, but then made the comment that he was suprised that her Lawyer was laying with his feet up on the desk! Lol! He said times have changed!!

Earlier today Nurmi leaned way back in his chair then kind of adjusted how he was sitting. I thought he was going to either break the chair or fall backwards.

He appeared shorter than Jennifer Wilmott when he was slouched down in his chair. He has to be a foot taller than her at least.

I wonder if he has back issues, and that's why he sits that way.
