I'm not sure if I believe that story .. I got the impression it was some tale she spruiked around the place to 'prove' Travis' love for her when the reality was somewhat different.

Color me cynical.

For some reason while watching that I kept feeling like he did something similar for someone else and she heard about it and decided to make up a similar story for her herself, especially when she kept going on and on "oh aaand he found the recipe online and printed it on pink paper, and he gave me a 10.00 gift card." I don't know...maybe he was that thoughtful and maybe that was before he realized she was a psycho but...it wouldn't surprise me if he did actually do sweet things like that for other people and it really pissed Jodi off.

I wondered this too.. It was one of those super detailed JA tales which always seem to be the least true. I don't think the reality was abuse by TA but perhaps he just wasn't *THAT* into her. If he was that sweet, he had a big heart because putting up with JA and still doing nice acts like that is really a testament to his character!

Yup impossible timing .. into that timeframe needs to go all the stab wounds, Travis coughing blood all over the sink and him making his way up the hall and her cutting his neck open. It's amazing that much was possible .. no way she can go for the gun as well. It also proves (to me) that she had the knife on her because there's no time to run for one either.

Isn't is uber creepy that shot of her dragging him back to the bathroom, like a lioness returning to the den with her prey. Truly horrible.

True, that one story might be her fanciful imagination. But there have been a whole slew of Travis' friends that said the same thing. He was generous, he was kind, he lit up a room when he walked into it. It's been a common theme from all of his close friends. It's the one thing I believe she hasn't been lying about.

Oh I absolutely believe he was kind, generous and lit up the room!

Nice catch! She seems to be definitely mouthing something. Maybe "son of a b**ch? Juan was on a roll with that testimony. Blew her whole "Travis forced me into degrading sex" thing out of the water. She sure didn't come across as a sexual rookie in that exchange. And she probably hated him for it.

Notice the deep breath and sound of her exhale as the jury is leaving? I'm betting not one looked at her... jodi doesn't respond well to rejection... maybe thats what killed her appetite.

I don't know about y'all but I'm sending court reporter, Mike, some good vibes! I hope he's able to get some rest after his long, stressful, crazy days and is somehow able to "leave it at the door" once he gets home!! Even after the Judge has told Jodi not to talk over JM she continues to do so ~ I'd be furious!! HANG IN THERE MIKE!!!!

I don't know if it works for back pain, but it might be worth asking your doctor if you can give it a try.

I only take 1/2 tablet and it doesn't make me sleepy or loopy.

This will not be grounds for appeal, and it won't even be argued as such. When the issue was raised, the judge excused her, so there's nothing to complain about at this point.

I don't think they brought this up to give them an appeal point, I think they wanted to stop the bleeding for today.

I just finished watching the afternoon session. The last 30 minutes he spent talking about her feeling like a prostitute. He said that many times. I think he has proof she was a prostitute and he was leading up to that before she was stricken with a migraine.

OMG...knew that was where she was getting her cash. Maybe she pops down to the L.A. valley, does some , hops over to Hollywood to turn tricks, then heads out to Az. with a Vegas stop en route. That would give her some traveling money. How could she be a waitress and work with other attractive women?! More thoughts that make me ponder...(joDIE word~)

1. She is reeeaally familiar with taking close up shots of her vj, etc.
2. She is familiar with the local so. cal. freeways, seems like she is
always on the road. Pasadena is only 20 miles from the valley where the biz operates.
3. And Vegas is just a quick four hours from Pasadena, and kinda on the way to Az.
4. Being a waitress seems like a good undercover job. Her job times are always changing, and her jobs are always changing.
5. Previous posters noticed her 'baby girl' voice on the sex tape sounds like a typical phone sex worker.

Maybe we need some priests for an exorcism. Someone needs to throw holy water on her and see if she starts spitting and levitating...that would be great.
