The cop mentioned that she had no front license plate. She was pulled over in Utah.

I don't think she put the license plates upside down until AFTER she killed Travis. I think she WANTED to be pulled over in Utah to give her an alibi. To prove she was in Utah when Travis was murdered.

Although she could have also turned them upside down before going to Travis' house in an effort of making it harder to identify her car. But it would have been a pretty stupid thing to do since cops would have pulled her over with an upside down plate.

What was the deal with her "returning a gas can" she bought at WalMart in Salinas? I'm missing the importance.

There is no evidence that she ever returned it, she claims she did.
there is more proof that she did not as she purchased more gas than would fit in 2 5 gal. gas cans.

It's really bothering me hearing THs and others commenting that Juan is taking 'so long' to cross examine her. HELLO....she was on the stand for 8 long days spewing forth her garbage.

And now he gets blamed for spending all of this time trying to refute her? That seems unfair, imo. He has only spent half as long as she was up there in direct, so far.

The talking heads are so silly. They aren't paid to exhibit any critical thinking skills whatsoever. Martinez has one chance to get a conviction and he certainly isn't going to phone it in.

Also, if he only spent a day or two on cross, the talking heads would be blasting him for not dismantling her every lie.

Either way, ratings are up!
